"Severe constipation and cramping, blurry vision, and dry mouth after 6 weeks of 20 mg 2x daily. I want to taper off of this medicine as it suggests not to stop abruptly as it can cause rebound symptoms and maybe worse, but I can't find a tapering guide. The pills are not scored and are coated, so they can't be cut down to help with tapering. I wish I would have known more about this medicine before I started taking it. I will say that it helped with bladder pressure and frequency, but the side effects aren't worth it. I'm going to try something else."

"Works well for my OAB using only 20 mg once daily (can be taken twice daily), nearly as effective as Gemtesa (which is the most effective OAB medication I've ever used, just completely unaffordable). Dry mouth and sore throat are mild to moderate, which is better than Vesicare, tolterodine, solifenacin, and oxybutynin, but not as mild as Myrbetriq (which provided almost no OAB symptom relief for me) or Gemtesa (works great for me)."
