"21, F, 5’3”. 8-24 weighed 230 lbs, have had a history of overeating due to never feeling full. Unknown medical/family history due to being adopted. As of 5/25, I weigh 185 lbs (loss of 45 lbs). Initial dose for the first month was 2.5 mg, each month increased to my current dose of 7.5 mg. Most likely will keep it at my current dose, as I’m already only able to eat one meal a day. Make sure to eat proteins, nutrients, micros, and macros for the meals you can eat, drink lots of water, and work out when able. For the past 4 months I’ve had to decrease my normal workout routine from high-impact to low-impact with mild cardio (biking, swimming). While I’ve lost weight, I can also tell I’ve been losing a lot of my muscle density—my current plan is to increase my weight-bearing exercises. The only side effects I’ve experienced are very slight nausea (mainly from the sound of the injection) and slight lightheadedness if I haven’t eaten around the time of injection."

"Side effect I’d say I’ve had is a little bit of diarrhea and nausea. I’ve been on it for over a year now. I’ve lost over 140 pounds, still have a lot more to go, but it also helps control my type two diabetes, brought my A1c down from 10.8 to 4.6. Very happy with that, but I just had to have my appendix out right away because it was just about to rupture. Never had a problem with it until recently, so a coincidence or is it the medicine? Who knows, but I do know that this medicine has been a godsend for me. I do have gastroparesis along with IBS, and I tried to take Ozempic before this, and it about killed me, so an ambulance had to come and get me on the Ozempic. I do know I’m able to handle Mounjaro a lot easier on my system. If it wasn’t for Mounjaro, I don’t know where I’d be with my health right now, trying to raise three kids under the age of 14. So thank you."

"This stuff is great. I have lost 60 lbs in 4 months. Best stuff out there. I tried Ozempic, but it didn't compare to the results of Mounjaro. I would highly recommend this to anyone trying to lose weight."

"I started taking Mounjaro for weight loss. I had no side effects on 2.5 mg and 5 mg. Weight loss was consistent at 1 kg per week. On 2.5 mg I still had an appetite and had no trouble eating moderately. On 5 mg I began to experience total loss of appetite. On W1 of 7.5 mg I awoke with extreme nausea, but other than that I was okay. On W2 of 7.5 mg I got very ill. I took the injection on Tuesday. By Wednesday night I vomited once. On Thursday, I started feeling nauseous with an egg-like aftertaste. By evening I was suffering from extreme diarrhea - every 20 to 30 minutes through the night. My stomach sounded full of sloshing water and gas and periodic large burps. On Friday I felt very dehydrated. I stayed in bed, sipped only water and diarrhea subsided. On Saturday I ate breakfast and a small amount of food for lunch. Saturday night diarrhea and vomiting again. It’s now Sunday and I feel weak and will not be taking 7.5 mg again. I will take a rest for a week before decreasing the dose to 5 mg to see how I go."

"I was fine on the basic 2.5 mg dose but reacted to the first 5 mg dose at the injection site and surrounding abdominal area with reddening and hardening of the skin. A slight redness also appeared at the site of the previous week's injection, which hadn't appeared at the time. The manufacturer states that its excipient Benzyl Alcohol, used as a preservative, and not mentioned as an excipient on your website, can cause an allergic reaction. Unfortunately, I have not been able to continue with that drug. It was useful to me though. I had struggled to lose the excess 10 lbs I'd acquired with cravings and snacking, despite having a good quality diet overall. The drug reduced my cravings, and on the starting dose, I managed to lose 4-5 lbs over the first month. My HRV increased while on it, a sign of less stress, and has decreased again having come off it. For those that don't have the same issues as me, I think it's a game changer. It's also very easy to administer."

"I started taking Mounjaro in September. Start weight was 183. I was miserable. I tried it after talking to a friend and still take injections for maintenance for weight loss. I am currently at my goal weight 115. Life changing."

"I am only in the first week and have found I am eating less, not craving any snacks, and feel satisfied. I haven’t weighed myself yet, but I’m sure I’ve lost weight already. I have had no side effects at all, and I’m starting out on the 2.5 dose."

"I am on my 4th week of 2.5 mg. Mild side effect of constipation, which I have managed with diet. Definitely reduced appetite, no desire to eat the usual chocolate, ice cream, or crisps, or late evening snacking. Then, a day after my 4th injection, I was, for the first time, suffering with wind, including the dreaded burps. Very little appetite. That was followed by a very bad bout of diarrhea, which saw me rushing to the loo all through the night. Settling down now after 24 hours. Not eaten today yet. Hoping this won't happen again, especially as I am due to increase dosage to 5 mg next week."

"It's a very effective drug for obese patients. Diabetic patients can also take this medicine because it's working very effectively for these kinds of patients. Weight loss doesn't happen overnight, and it could take up to 18 months to get the results you're looking for from Mounjaro. You can expect to lose 6% of your body weight after two months, 9% after three months, and 11% after four months. But by the 18-month mark, Mounjaro patients experience around 21% weight loss."

"Awesome results, bit of a journey lost over 9.5 inches from waist, learned how to eat properly and efficiently, total weight loss over 1 year, 7 stone, worked out regularly. Would recommend 5 stars, but be prepared to buy new clothes and feel great."

"I have been using faithfully. Started at the lowest dose and now at 7.5 mg. Not losing any weight yet. I am going up one more dose to see if that helps. My blood work looks like everything is going down. That's one benefit."

"I started out at 2.5 mg. I had terrible diarrhea for weeks. I was encouraged to keep taking it, and eventually, everything calmed down. After losing 60 pounds, I quit for about 6 months to give my system a break. I've started taking it again at 5 mg and haven't had any problems."

"I have had to stop. Cannot eat, close to vomiting, have lost 30 pounds. Dr. advised to stop, but I had already stopped 2 weeks ago as unable to eat. I was afraid to start the next box I had received. I am so weak I can barely walk. I do use a rollator to help me walk, but in the house I can hold onto furniture to help my balance."

"I am 56 years old and I weighed 343 lbs, and my height is 6 ft. tall when I asked my doctor about using Mounjaro. I was a type 2 diabetic. I wore a size 50 pants and a 4 XL shirt. Started Mounjaro a year and six months ago along with a low carb diet. I walked on the treadmill 1 to 3 miles 3 times a week. As of today, I've lost 134 lbs and wear a size 32 to 34 pants. My shirts are large to extra large. I am able to jog and not walk. My A1c is 4.5 to 5.4, down from 7. All around better quality of life thanks to Mounjaro. I wished there was a way to post my pictures of my before and after on here. But I just wanted to share, and if my 56-year-old self can do it, anyone can. God bless."

"My wife has been taking it since January this year and has lost just a hair over 50 lbs. It has done very well for her and the weight is staying off. The only side effects noticed so far are that it makes you very gassy, somewhat indigestion, and every now and then a little constipation."

"Been taking 2.5 ml for only 3 weeks now but have lost nearly 6 kg. I had one mouth ulcer the first week and one the second but none since, so possibly not related. The beginnings of constipation this week, but I increased my fiber intake, and I am now fine. No stomach cramping, but I was recommended to take a magnesium supplement before starting Mounjaro to head those off. I continue to take it. No cramping so far. No other symptoms. I do have Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, high cholesterol, and fatty liver disease. I simply had to lose weight. I have given up smoking 3 times in the past 4 years and gained 10 kg every time. (I don't smoke now.) I am 59. This medication is saving my life. If I lose weight again this week, I will stay on the low dose for another month. Appetite suppression has been very strong since week 1. The KWIK pen is so simple and pain-free. I live in Australia."

"So far, I have lost weight, just not the amount I need to lose. I need to lose another 50 pounds. I have been exercising along with using Mounjaro. I feel that my weight loss has plateaued, like I am at a standstill in my weight loss journey. I do not know what to do to get it where I start losing weight again!"

"My experience has been a positive one. I started Mounjaro in hopes of losing weight and getting my A1C under 6.1. In 8 months, going up to 12.5 mg and a very strict diet and a very regimented exercise routine, I have lost a total of 85 lbs. My A1C is down to 4.5. I have not been the weight I am since junior high and feel amazing. It is a constant job, Mounjaro does work, but you also need good eating habits and a good exercise routine for when the Mounjaro ends."

"I have used Ozempic, Saxenda, and Wegovy and changed due to shortages, nausea, or not getting results. Been on Mounjaro for 1 month at 2.5. I have lost 2.8 kilos. No nausea and no desire to eat or pig out. My IBS/bloating has significantly reduced too. However, I eat small, healthy meals of protein, salads, and some fruit. I am very conscious of eating nutritious food and drinking lots of water. Mounjaro is expensive (in Australia), but it so far is the best product for me."

"I have been taking medication for 16 weeks and lost 35 lbs. I have had some problems with stomach issues, but they come and go. I have had some constipation and diarrhea with the increase and the start of taking the medication. Sometimes it can be bad, but for the most part, I feel like the med is working."
