For Vaginal Yeast Infection "DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. I tried going the cheaper route. Definitely regretting it now. I used it Thursday night. By Friday morning, my vag was swollen two times its size. More cream cheese-like discharge than before. Smells super potent. Made me feel 100 times worse. I went to the ER. They told me to wait the 7 days and try Monistat next time. YOU WILL REGRET BUYING THIS. SAVE YOUR MONEY."

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "Did experience slight burning for about an hour, but after that, I was able to get a good night's rest. This is the day after I've taken it, and other than the discharge, everything is fine. Make sure to wear a pad or panty liner. Very happy with this product. I bought the CVS brand for 1 day."

"I just got the generic brand of the Monistat 1, it was like $20. This is a very strong medication, although it said one day, the instruction pamphlet said that complete relief will come in 7 days for most women. I applied the topical cream 3 times a day. The cream did burn a little after immediate application but settled down. Day 1 incredibly itchy, ice pack on lady bits, intense burn about 20 minutes after putting the oval capsule in, there was quite a bit of discharge from it. Day 2 a little bit better, not much. Day 3 itching is way less, small discharge. Day 4 and 5 not much change. Day 6 almost nothing, just super dry. Day 7 completely done, no itch, no burn, still a little dry down there but overall a success. Hang in there!"

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "Pre-treatment, my only symptom was severe burning during intercourse. I went to my doctor and found out I have a yeast infection. I used this product at about 3 pm, laid down for an hour, and went about my day, unknowingly that I should have used it at bedtime. I didn't have any side effects at all, but it also didn't cure the infection. One week later, I bought another box, used it again correctly and at bedtime. I had slight tingling before I fell asleep. I woke up 7 hours later and had no side effects besides discharge. It has been 4 days since, and still nothing but some light spotting, cramping, and discharge. I'm not yet sure it cured the infection because of no intercourse, which is why I gave it a 9 instead of a 10. My infection may not be as severe as other reviewers, but I'm not sure. I have used egg ovules in the past, and I do remember how bad they burned, so I do at least have a reference."

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "DO NOT USE FOR MILD YI! I had a mild YI, and my ob-gyn didn’t think that I needed Diflucan at the time. Two days later, during the weekend, I was still experiencing some mild discomfort and didn’t want to wait until Monday for my ob to call in Diflucan, so I decided to take care of it myself in fear that it might get worse. It got worse, alright! Swelling, soreness, discharge that wasn’t there, and a blowtorch to my vagina. I can’t walk without looking like there is a stick up my butt, it’s that bad. I know some are saying that this is a sign that it’s working or this happens with bad YI, but I beg to differ. Use with extreme caution and clear your calendar for the next day! Good luck!"

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "I used this product for the first time (CVS Health brand) and of course the warm sensation (kind of uncomfortable) in the beginning was to be expected. I read the comments of women who had TERRIBLE side effects such as their vaginas being swollen SHUT, and I hope they promptly made an ob-gyn appointment (even though everybody is different, just to be safe). I would definitely use this again! Mild symptoms, including itching and oozing out, but I feel 10x better! For $20, this worked very well."

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "Worst thing I ever used in my life. DO NOT USE. I’ve always done the 3-day. Never this. Didn’t read reviews and SO wish I did. I had some white clumpy discharge and very mild itching. So wanted to just knock it out and got this. Worst mistake of my life. I had some burning, nothing too crazy, then some itching, really irritating more than even before. Then I woke up and my vagina is swollen and just blah. So horrible. And it had to be because of this. Because it was not swollen, itching, or burning prior. I’m so mad I did this. Save yourself, ladies. Please don’t use."
