For Migraine "When I get a migraine, it usually occurs sometime overnight because I wake up in the morning with it. Typically right around menstrual time. On those days, I'll take one of these, and within an hour or so, I am back to normal. I am amazed at how quickly this works and how well it works. I sometimes take Ondansetron for nausea if needed. I've suffered for years and had no idea there was something this effective for me. I shared this info with my sister, as she is a sufferer as well, and her doctor put her on it also. She claims the same thing, it's a wonder pill for us. No negative side effect other than I feel mildly 'swimmy-headed' for a bit. But not so much I can't drive or work. It's mild."

For Migraine "I've suffered from debilitating migraines for a while now, and Maxalt has definitely helped me. I find that the earlier I take it, the quicker it is in ridding me of my migraine. I've found that it makes me woozy and dizzy, and later on, I feel cold sensations and nausea (not accompanied by actual vomiting), but I'll pay any price to rid myself of a migraine. Excellent medication, a true wonder drug!"

For Migraine "It’s a hit or miss if Maxalt will work for me. Sometimes works amazing, sometimes only dulls my migraine a tad. If I don’t eat before taking it, it will make me nauseous. I have chronic migraines and wonder if it’s worsening them over time. I take Maxalt often."

For Migraine "When I took a 10 mg dose, it made me nauseous and super high, and now three days later, I am still nauseous and have had to call out of work because I've been feeling like I'm going to vomit if I stand up. I look to try and function as normal when I take abortive migraine medication, this one has made me feel worse. At least I can actually go to work when I have just a migraine."

For Migraine "I am 32, and since I was 28, I have been suffering very bad migraines due to damaging my neck and back. I can wake up with a bad migraine and tight, sore neck and shoulder muscles. I usually take Mersyndol Forte, but codeine leaves me feeling very tired and nauseated. Visits to the ER were a waste of time. My doc put me on Maxalt. I had low expectations as nothing else really worked. I was very pleasantly surprised...finally, some relief!! I'm on warfarin, so cannot take ibuprofen, aspirin, etc. I'm so happy to have found something! I wonder why I wasn't prescribed this sooner."
