For High Blood Pressure "Perindopril 10 mg for like 3 months. About 3 weeks into it, had really bad back pain. Didn’t think it was this medication till like 2 months after, all kinds of suffering. If you have bad pain and it started right after taking this medication."

For High Blood Pressure "I was prescribed Perindopril (4/1.25 mg) for hypertension, with an emphasis on a stubborn diastolic value. My experience has been positive; I have been on it for about 6 weeks. Not only did it reign in my diastolic blood pressure (both systolic and diastolic are in the normal range now), but it alleviated my symptoms of anxiety. My heart no longer races, and the emotional components of my anxiety are also gone. I do notice a bit of a dry cough. I am very grateful that my doctor introduced me to Perindopril. I feel really good now!"

For High Blood Pressure "Male in late 70s. Been on perindopril 2.5 mg for 6-7 years, and BP basically okay. No serious ailments. Then COVID-19 lockdown caused financial stress. Also 8 kg overweight, and BP jumped to 166/96, pulse okay. Increased dose to 5 mg. No improvement in BP in the first 3 days. I believe my extra weight is not allowing BP to drop - so focusing on reducing by 7-9 kg. No side effects to speak of."

For High Blood Pressure "Was prescribed perindopril after a heart attack, been taking them for a few years now with no negative results until now. I've always had thick hair, but over the last few weeks, it has been shedding quite a lot at the back. Checked up, and apparently, this is quite a common side effect."

For High Blood Pressure "On 4 mg once a day. My legs don't swell anymore, and my heart doesn't pound in my chest hard all night. Sinus issues, dry cough, and some hair loss, though. Has not changed my blood pressure from the previous Adalat XL I was taking. Usual reading 140/90. But my high BMI doesn't do me any favors."

For High Blood Pressure "Too much Coversyl 4 mg with indapamide daily seemed to have no effect on lowering my blood pressure. My renal function declined slightly. I also got a rash on my back after 1-2 weeks on the Coversyl. I am now trying Ramipril for 2 days, the rash is going away. Hope for better luck in lowering blood pressure."

For High Blood Pressure "I have been on perindopril for 17 years. This is the first time I had Teva perindopril. It didn't work, the previous one was made by Glenmark. I would not take Teva blood pressure medication again. I would give them -2 out of 10."

For High Blood Pressure "I am using hypertension medicine Preterax Arginine 5 mg/1.25 mg for five years, which has controlled my BP. In the last two years, I have started to get gum disease and bleeding gums. I heard this is a side effect of hypertension medicine."

For High Blood Pressure "Was started on 8 mg perindopril erbumine after 3 years complaining about racing, pounding heart, anxiety, and panic attacks. BP ranged from 180 to over 200. Immediate relief with BP dropping to 110 to 123/56 range. Seven weeks into this med, my heart is pounding and racing again. BP 152/77, feeling nauseous, dizzy spells, anxiety. Scary as I live alone and have a family history of heart problems. Father died at 42 yrs., youngest brother dead at 58, brother two years my senior has had four strokes but is still alive. Not sure if perindopril needs increasing... or is still adjusting to my system. Major pains and aches in back/shoulders and headaches increasing. Heart testing recommended by Dr. in hospital emerg. Family Dr. has dropped the ball on that. Need to be my own advocate."
