"I used the 12-hour spray twice over the past 48 hours, and now my nasal passages are completely closed. The pharmacist recommended I take the two decongestant pills; however, not change, and I'm fearing this may require medical attention."

"I bought this when I had flu and it helped a little bit, but then it just stopped working. I had the worst headache I’ve ever had in my life and can’t breathe at all through my nose. Never been so congested in my life. Do not recommend this medication."

"I use Sinex regularly to keep my nasal passages open. It works well for me. I worry that I use it too much because my nose stays stopped up if I don't use it. I mainly use it at night since my nose is worse while lying down."

"Was an okay product, just needed more of it if it was to work some, but the nasal problem is really extremely bad."

"If you have high blood pressure, DO NOT use this nasal spray! I've had the flu and bought this thinking it would help me breathe. Started feeling really bad after using, checked BP - 150/93! I'm already on BP meds - I don't need help making it worse. This is going in the trash. AVOID!!!"
