For Birth Control "Started taking Erin in February. Stopped having a period for 6 months, then all of a sudden I’m having either a period or spotting every 2 days after it stops. Example: started my period or spotting on Sunday and lasts about a week and stops, then starts again 2 days later. The doctor refuses to give me any other birth control, and I’ve gone to her many times asking to change it. So I’m just dealing with nonstop periods/spotting. I cannot afford insurance and am on the Healthy Texas Women, which is why I haven’t gone to another doctor."

For Birth Control "I was really scared to start Errin in the beginning, having read quite a few bad reviews, but I’m glad I did! It has been an effective, fairly non-disruptive method for me. Please remember that everyone responds differently to different methods and has different experiences. At first, I experienced some bad headaches that went away after about a month or so. My PMS was quite bad before starting this, and I haven’t noticed much difference either way after starting Errin. My periods became shorter for the first 6 months or so, but now they are back to my previous length of 5-6 days. Errin definitely messed up my previously VERY regular cycles, and now I often go 40 plus days between periods. I honestly really wanted it to stop my periods, but having them less often isn’t so bad. I do occasionally experience 2-3 days of spotting around ovulation, which isn’t very heavy and is definitely manageable. Overall, for me, Errin has been a good birth control method."

For Birth Control "I started taking Errin birth control close to the end of February of this year. I only took it for about a month and a half, decided I didn’t want to take it anymore, but while I was on it, I spotted for almost a week in March. I stopped taking it on the 13th of March and haven’t had a cycle since. Is this normal? I’m thinking it is because I did spot for a week, but I haven’t had a cycle yet."

For Birth Control "I'm 20, 5'5", and 155 pounds. While taking Errin, I finally stopped getting my period and got my appetite back. I was on the combination pill, which made me nauseous, tired, and in the end, I constantly kept spotting and getting my period along with worsened cramps. HOWEVER, while taking Errin, I have gained two or three pounds so far, and my skin is breaking out. I'd like to say on the bright side I don't get a period, but let's be honest, I'd rather be off birth control. I've been on Errin for 1 month and 1 week. Good luck, ladies."

For Birth Control "I've been on this birth control for about a year and a half, and overall it is a 7/10. I did experience weight gain, and I thought it was because I had two kids, but it was definitely the pill. I gained 30 pounds, and my periods are actually a lot heavier than they were before I started taking this pill. Also, sometimes my period does not come on, or I'll spot before it comes on, so that's a con, but overall I didn't get pregnant on it, so that's why it's a 7. Now the doctor is switching me to the Milli pill, so I hope that one is OK when it comes to weight. I don't need any more of that."

For Birth Control "I have tried a number of birth control pills over the course of 11 years, and this is the only one that has not caused me issues. Lutera helped clear acne and lessened the pain of cramps, but lengthened my period and caused consistent severe morning nausea. Tri Lo Mili also caused nausea and seemingly some hormonal effects (energy depletion, GI issues, mood swings), and consistent spotting for about 2 months. Errin has not helped with anything, but it has not caused any issues. It is more time-sensitive, so do not start this unless you can guarantee taking the pill within the same hour each day. As that has worked for me, I have not bled now for 6 months and have found my body functions otherwise as if it were not on birth control."

For Endometriosis "Does a great job as both birth control and helping with my endo symptoms! My only complaint is the spotting, and sometimes it makes my period still a bit irregular (i.e., longer) and odd."
