For Chronic Idiopathic Constipation "I am on Linzess 290 mg for a week. It's amazing how good that works. No cramps, no bloating. I take on an empty stomach every morning. I started going every morning. The 145 mg did not work for me."

For Chronic Idiopathic Constipation "I am on day 3 of starting this med at 145 mcg, I have IBS-C. I've only experienced some mild abdominal cramping, tightness, and bloating. No bowel movement at all. So frustrating."

For Chronic Idiopathic Constipation "I was given a sample of the lowest dose Linzess to try this morning and developed severe cramping, followed by the runs and stomach rumbling. I had to use both Pepto as well as Imodium to help me."
