Inclisiran for High Cholesterol, Familial Heterozygous "I am a 74-year-old male. Just had the second dose of Leqvio. (I had to stop Praluent after two dosages due to extreme itching.) LDL has reduced by 50% after the first dosage 3 months ago. I have experienced slight muscle discomfort, but nothing major. Highly recommend treatment, but it is expensive."

"I have been on the study for about five years, having an injection every six months. I have not felt any discomfort apart from the last year when I have been diagnosed with diverticulitis and random itching, mainly on the torso. I do not know if I am on the placebo, but will ask at the end of the program."
