Guselkumab for Psoriatic Arthritis "Have been using 100 mg Tremfya injection for over a year now, but usually after a week the joint pains return and muscle cramps begin. Not sure if it's related, but I also have a constant cough and regularly spit up mucus from my throat and chest."

Guselkumab for Psoriatic Arthritis "This is my second time on Tremfya. I took my first dose 3 days ago. My previous experience with Tremfya was amazing. I did not realize how great I felt until I went off of the medication. I haven't noticed many changes this time around, as it's not been very long, but I am excited to be back on Tremfya."

Guselkumab for Plaque Psoriasis "I have severe plaque psoriasis and have tried at least three biologicals, including Tremfya. Of the ones tried so far, Otezla worked the best, but the side effects were unbearable and made me look for another solution. In my experience, Tremfya did nothing for me, and my condition, in fact, worsened. I am now starting Consentyx and pray it will be the one medicine that will work."

Guselkumab for Psoriasis "It helped me a lot, but still I can see it coming back after the 7th dose. My doctor at the beginning told me I need 7 doses, but later on she said I need to continue for the rest of my life, and as you know, it is not cheap."

For Psoriasis "After suffering for nearly 40+ years and trying so many creams, tablets, light treatment, you name it, I’ve tried it. I’ve now been on this injection for nearly 4 years. I was among the first people to try it, and it has been life-changing for me. I had a few problems with bloods and liver, but nothing drastic and obviously a very low immune system. I have my confidence back to wear whatever I like again and go swimming in a bikini, which I never had done before. I can wear short dresses and not worry about people staring, all because of one little injection every 8 weeks which doesn’t even hurt. I can only speak from personal view, but I would recommend anyone to try it. Best decision I ever made."

Guselkumab for Psoriasis "I have pustular psoriasis and Tremfya has been life-saving. I went through light therapy from November until April every day and was on another medication prior to starting Tremfya. I have not had one flare of any kind since being on it. No side effects. I have been on Tremfya now for 6 years. The only downside is now I take it every 5 weeks and that has been a cause of trouble with the insurance."

For Plaque Psoriasis "This has been the only treatment so far that has cleared up my psoriasis completely. I was covered over 85% of my body and severely so. I don't experience any side effects. I have been taking it now for 2 years and it still works great!"

Guselkumab for Psoriasis "I've been using the injection regularly for 2 years. From the first day, I'm completely clear, I no longer have any redness or scabbing. It cleared me 100%. Guselkumab for Plaque Psoriasis "I’ve been on another medicine and have given my own shots for years. The first shot of Tremfya hurt so bad, I aborted the shot. I waited the 30 minutes to warm up and had it laying flat. They don’t even provide an alcohol pad to clean the area. Will go back to my former medicine. Those shots are why some people are afraid of needles."
