For Birth Control "If I could give it a negative number, then I would. Causes dark acne spots and severe nausea at night. Worst birth control pill. I really miss being able to take regular Ortho Tri-Cyclen. My doctor said they don’t even make it anymore. I would pay monthly if I could find the right pill for me."

For Abnormal Uterine Bleeding "So I have issues where I’ve been bleeding vaginally after my abdomen surgery. It caused massive pain and anemia, so the effects were awful. I have been on another birth control, but it made me feel nauseated, so I decided to go for TriNessa since I was on it before. This pill gives me no awful side effects such as nausea or vomiting. I hate that this pill causes me to be underweight and gives me no appetite (which is apparently a good thing for most women). My anxiety has definitely increased, but there are other factors that may enhance this effect. This pill fixed my random bleeding problems and helped my acne. Hopefully I will have better effects on the sister pill Mononessa."

For Birth Control "I just started TriNessa, but so far it's been good. I used to have really bad nausea before and during my period, really bad cramps, and my period was 7 days long and extra heavy. I started TriNessa the day I started my period, and there was a change right from the start. The moodiness I encountered during my period was gone, my period was lighter, my cramps, albeit the first day they were there, were significantly weaker. The only downside to this is, before I started, I had clear skin, didn't get pimples or zits, nothing, but after I started this, I got a couple pimples. Also, after I take this pill, it leaves an aftertaste in my mouth, and it makes me a tad bit lightheaded right after taking it, and I have to drink some juice."

For Acne "I'm currently on my first pack of this new BC (took the last light blue pill and gonna start the dark blue ones tomorrow). As of now, my face is exploding with painful acne all over. I almost want to stop treatment right now. I know some ratings say to wait until month 3-6 to actually see any results. I haven't really noticed any major issues except nausea in the beginning with TriNessa. ~sigh~ I'll continue treatment. Has to get worse before it can get better, right? Does anyone have any suggestions for an acne routine to help with this painful explosion?"

For Birth Control "Bad nausea, depression, anxiety, swollen face, and insane mood swings. I honestly feel like this birth control is ruining my life, and I haven't even completed an entire month."

For Birth Control "I've been on TriNessa for 2 months now, and I seem to be nauseated all the time! I've noticed that I'm getting mild acne and experience minor fatigue. Thinking about switching."

For Birth Control "Nausea, migraines, upset stomach. In general, I'm very unhappy. Living in hell. Nine pills to go before placebo, and I will continue just because I don't want to get pregnant."

For Birth Control "I've been on TriNessa going on my third month, and every time I've started the new pack, it's been horrible. I have nausea, not eating, I'm losing weight (because I'm not eating. Not healthy, by the way). I get grossed out by many, many foods. But my face is clearing, no mood swings. I'm undecided about asking for a change of B.C."
