For Birth Control "I can't even believe how many negative reviews there are about this pill. I relate to so many. I was 21 taking Sprintec as well for a long time, and it was the best pill I ever took. I am now 22 and have been taking Mili for a little close to a year now because Planned Parenthood on a telehealth call told me that it's the same exact thing. WRONG. Cramps, mood swings, cluster headaches, migraines, bloating, irritability, my anxiety is so high. I never felt this way before. I've been depressed to no end, so insecure within, no motivation. I feel so defeated by this and the doctors who are giving this out. But I guess this is how they get paid, ya know? To keep us coming back. Now I know we shouldn't be taking BC, but I'm 22, trying to be safe until I'm ready, and was told this birth control helps with PCOS patients. I am done. I deserve better. 12/28/21 is my appointment with a real GYN. I can't wait to get this problem fixed up. DO NOT TAKE THIS PILL, LADIES... PLEASE. THIS IS NOT A “GENERIC” OPTION AS THEY SAY. THIS IS TORTURE."

For Birth Control "I had a horrible experience with this birth control. It made me feel bloated all the time. And if I took it too late in the day, I would always wake up in the middle of the night throwing up. And the next morning, I always feel very heavy, shaky, and weak. It’s toxic to my body. The only thing it was good for was preventing pregnancy. I'm so glad my OB-GYN switched me to a new brand that works for me."

For Birth Control "My pharmacy ran out of Sprintec and gave me these. Been taking it for 2 months, and it has been the WORST. Lots of abdominal cramping, gas, bloating. First month, it made me vomit for two days straight, and now, the second month, I have spotting. I’ve been on Sprintec for 3 years and never had these side effects. These two birth control brands are NOT THE SAME. Do not take this if you can help it. I got my pharmacy to refill my prescription for Sprintec, and I will never accept this medication again."

For Birth Control "DO NOT TAKE THIS BIRTH CONTROL! I was on Sprintec for 2 years, my pharmacy switched my birth control to Mili because they could not get Sprintec in stock. Since being on the medication for 4 months, I have gained weight, stayed nauseous, have extreme bloating, and heavier periods."

For Birth Control "DO NOT USE THIS. I was taking Kariva for over a year, and within two weeks of starting Mili, I’ve been extremely nauseous, have headaches, bloating, and it makes me feel like rubbish. I’m switching back to Kariva. I had no side effects whatsoever from that one. Mili made me feel horrible."

For Birth Control "I have been on Sprintec for 3 years, and due to a shortage, they switched me to Mili. I was assured it was the same as Sprintec, but boy were they wrong. I've been on Mili for 2 months now, and I have had way worse side effects than I ever did with Sprintec. My breasts went up almost two cup sizes. I have horrible bloating constantly and constipation. I also have been spotting in between periods more frequently. My acne is worse than it typically is, and I am hungry all the time, where with Sprintec it never changed my appetite. I do not suggest taking this pill, and thankfully I will be back on Sprintec after this month."

For Birth Control "I mean, my period was still regular and I didn't get pregnant, but when I moved from Sprintec to Mili, I have never had such bad bloating or GI issues. They also gave me heart palpitations that are debilitating. Just got switched back to Sprintec. Can't wait for Sunday."

For Birth Control "This birth control is terrible. I was switched from Sprintec after taking it for 6 years, and I’ve been on Mili for 3 months, and I’m miserable. Random cramping throughout the month, irregular periods, bloating like crazy, and breaking out like crazy! I haven’t had acne for about 4 years, and now I’m breaking out bad. For Birth Control "I've been on Mili for about a month. I am not a fan. I'm thankful I haven't experienced bloating or acne from it. But since taking this, I have experienced headaches for days at a time. My sinuses are extremely dry. I have a hard time sleeping, and when I do manage to sleep, I get startled awake by crazy dreams. Getting constantly startled awake affects my boyfriend as well. So people aside from you may experience their own negative side effects. Even when I do get a decent night rest, I spend the day exhausted; I'm talking feeling like I've taken 10 Benadryl exhausted. My eyes are constantly dry. My skin is super sensitive to the sun. And I know birth control pills are small, but these are so small that heaven forbid you drop one... good luck finding that sucker. So I would not recommend this drug. I took Sprintec for years and never had issues. So I'll either be switching back (preferably) or I'm getting on something different. But I'm not pregnant... so yay, right?"

For Birth Control "Was on Sprintec, in which I was fine, but apparently this was the next generic thing they gave me for the past couple of months. I loathe it - I wake up and go to bed nauseous, and it makes it feel as if I were actually pregnant with the bloating, hunger cravings, and this massive acne outbreak (which I barely get acne breakouts until now!). I thought after a couple of months of use it would get easier, but I’m just so near to stop this birth control because of how bad it is."

For Birth Control "I will never recommend Mili. I was given Mili by my pharmacy because Sprintec was on some sort of shortage. I was told it was the exact same thing. After taking Mili for a few months, I can confirm it is NOT the same thing. The weight gain, headaches, mood swings, acne, and bloating are things I NEVER experienced while I was on Sprintec and immediately started feeling when I was switched to Mili. I am very unhappy with the results and have requested to switch to a different pill again."

For Birth Control "My pharmacy gave me Mili instead of Aprintec. I've never had issues with Aprintec and was assured by the pharmacist and my doctor that they were the same. Absolutely not! Since starting Mili, I have felt nauseous, my boobs hurt, I'm bloated, and I have 0 appetite. I've become very emotional, have no energy, and feel very depressed all of the time. I will be switching back to Sprintec after I'm done with this round of Mili. What a terrible pill."

"Do not recommend. Like many others, I was switched from Sprintec to Mili. I had been taking Sprintec for 5 years before, and my body did not appreciate the switch. During the 4-month period I was taking Mili, I gained 10 pounds and suffered extreme bloating. My cramps and period got way heavier, and my acne came back. I was overall in a slump and could not figure out why until I checked the timeline of when I started to feel bad and realized it started when I was switched. I now have an IUD and have already noticed an increase in energy and a significant decrease in bloating."

For Birth Control "This was the worst birth control. I was on Sprintec for 3 years, and they randomly changed me to Mili. I was taking it for about 3 months and decided I wanted to get an IUD instead. This gave me terrible mood swings, bloating, and nightmares. I wish they would’ve told me they were switching out my birth control so I could’ve looked into it more. I had no problems with Sprintec and switched me to this horrible birth control. If they switch you, call and change ASAP!"

For Birth Control "This was the worst birth control ever! I’m currently taking Mili to control my PCOS. While taking the pill, my hair stopped growing, I’m nauseous, have terrible headaches, spotting, acne, diarrhea, cramping, bloating, weight gain, depression, anxiety, breast tenderness, and pregnancy symptoms daily! I never had any of these symptoms or side effects with any other birth control from the pill, Mirena, or injection. I felt so alone until I read these reviews. I thought I was just stressed from work and mom life. This needs to be banned!!"
