For Birth Control "I was recently on a different birth control for 5 years, but my body got too used to it, so I changed to Mili. I never had any crazy side effects. No mood swings, no weight gain, no breakthrough bleeding, etc. I felt the exact same. Maybe some cramping in the first week. I truly was so happy because I was so scared of changing to a new one. Until 2 months later, I started breaking out like crazy. It's been a year, and I'm still breaking out like crazy. I've never had acne, and now I'm left with all these pimples and scarring. I am not switching to a birth control meant to treat acne, so I won't have this problem. Everyone is different, but this was my experience."

For Birth Control "I started taking this medication a couple of weeks ago. For some reason it was prescribed to me, and I usually take Estaryla or Sprintec for birth control. A couple of days ago, I noticed I was getting my period still on the pill because I usually skip my placebo weeks in order to not get my period, and it wasn’t just spotting, it was like a full period. Then I started getting cramps, and as the days go by, they have gotten a lot worse. My acne has also been pretty bad the last couple of weeks, but I didn’t know it was related until reading these responses. I am lying in bed right now, and I can’t sleep because my cramps are so bad, and I’ve been throwing up. I’m going to stop taking."

"Do not recommend. Like many others, I was switched from Sprintec to Mili. I had been taking Sprintec for 5 years before, and my body did not appreciate the switch. During the 4-month period I was taking Mili, I gained 10 pounds and suffered extreme bloating. My cramps and period got way heavier, and my acne came back. I was overall in a slump and could not figure out why until I checked the timeline of when I started to feel bad and realized it started when I was switched. I now have an IUD and have already noticed an increase in energy and a significant decrease in bloating."

For Birth Control "One week of using and I broke out terribly in my face, nose, back, and butt. I felt lazy the whole week, just wanting to be in bed every day all day. Cravings for ice cream, fatty foods that I just want to lay down after eating. I’ve had absolutely no energy whatsoever, and usually I go to work and straight to the gym right after. I couldn’t get up 3 flights of stairs without feeling tired and legs hurting. After drinking coffee and Red Bull, nothing helped with the tiredness. The zombie feeling of being there but not really there, merely existing… I cannot continue with this and decided to stop using after this terrible week. The ups and downs were crazy too. Feeling happy and laughing, then lost and annoyed the next second. I think I’ll just deal with the long, heavy, and painful periods. At least I’ll get to be myself."

For Birth Control "I’ve been taking this for almost 3 months, and so far I didn’t notice that me getting headaches and being sick is because of the pill until I saw other reviews about it. My acne was really bad at first, it kind of helped, but it did, in the beginning, make my acne worse. My periods are very light, but I’ve noticed they lasted a little longer. I’m always late because of the pill. I’ve been having my same regular period since I was 12 years old, and now it’s off, and it always gives you symptoms of pregnancy, so you never know if it’s working."

For Birth Control "It has been so helpful reading these reviews and knowing I’m not the only one. Without warning in December 2020, CVS switched me from Sprintec to Mili. In January 2021, I began with breakouts on my chin, sides of my face, and neck. By March, I went to my dermatologist and was told eczema. Steroid cream didn’t work, so I stopped it after a week or so. I began to monitor the breakouts and found that I only got a few days of clear skin during the 4th week of pills, and by halfway through the 1st week of active pills, the itchy breakouts recurred. I feel tired and moody most of the time. I never had any issues when I was on Sprintec for many years and have been on BCPs since my teens (now 46). I saw my dermatologist again last week - October 2021, and told her I believe it’s related to this pill, but she is first going to patch test me to ensure it’s not contact dermatitis. I plan to take this issue to my gyne appointment in December. I may just discontinue Mili and test the re-challenge on my own."

For Birth Control "This was the worst birth control ever! I’m currently taking Mili to control my PCOS. While taking the pill, my hair stopped growing, I’m nauseous, have terrible headaches, spotting, acne, diarrhea, cramping, bloating, weight gain, depression, anxiety, breast tenderness, and pregnancy symptoms daily! I never had any of these symptoms or side effects with any other birth control from the pill, Mirena, or injection. I felt so alone until I read these reviews. I thought I was just stressed from work and mom life. This needs to be banned!!"

For Birth Control "It’s the worst I have ever taken in 25 years. Migraines, acne, emotional, and fatigue! Mili makes me so sick!"

For Birth Control "This was the worst birth control I’ve ever been on. I’ve been taking birth control for 4 years, and this was the worst one I’ve ever been on. I’ve been on it for 4 months because I had to transfer my prescription over to the pharmacy at my college. Mili has no benefits. I have constant headaches. I’m always anxious and depressed because of it, especially right before I take the placebo pills. It has made my chin break out, even though I normally have very clear skin. My breasts are always tender as well. Worst birth control experience of my life. I just called my doctor to switch me because it is terrible!!"
