For Birth Control "I started Femynor because I was experiencing an irregular period with lots of bleeding and clots for months at a time, my provider gave me this and the bleeding stopped within 3-4 days. Haven’t had a period since. The only side effect I had was nausea but after about a month and a half it went away."

For Birth Control "I really like Femynor birth control pill so far. I experienced pretty bad nausea for the first two days I took it but that went away. I’ve been on it for almost 3 months & haven’t had any serious side effects. The first week of taking it I was very emotional and cried at almost anything but that went away, I also experienced some headaches but that went away too. The second month I took it I didn’t experience any side effects, except it is clearing my acne which is awesome. Overall I would recommend it, I haven’t had many problems and it’s working well!"

For Birth Control "I’ve been on this birth control for over a year now!! I would say I had a change in mood the first 4-5 months. Extremely anxious and I’d get nauseous!! I haven’t had any problems since. It hasn’t made me gain weight, no acne, my cramps are very minimal when I get my period! I’d recommend this birth control if you can handle the side effects the first couple months!"

For Birth Control "I started on trinessa in high school and had never had acne before, that is when I developed some break outs occasionally. About a year ago I was switched to Tri femynor (thanks to my insurance dropping trinessa) and I have slowly developed feelings of anxiety/depression. I handle stress so much worse than ever before and my acne has sky rocketed. In the last 3 months it has been unbearable. Everyone is different and I believe the dosage between trinessa and tribal femynor is the same (both norgestimate and ethinyl estradiol) so I do not see why I would see this drastic changes. I have never had feelings of severe depression/anxiety before and I am definitely not easily worked up. Just wish I would have been able to talk to my doctor about it before the switch occurred or talk about other options. If your pharmacy is switching you out of the blue I would recommend sitting down with your doctor first so you feel most comfortable and informed about what is going into your body!"

For Birth Control "I started this because I have been having horrible, unpredictable LONG, awful, HEAVY periods. I have to say, day 2 on these and it finally stopped! I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary. I'm surprised and low-key kinda freaked out about all of these negative reviews. I have been pretty happy which isn't normal lol. I've been doing a popular low-carb diet which already makes you feel kinda nauseous and have occasional diarrhea so I'm not really sure if it's this or that. But, I just couldn't take those never ending periods anymore!!"

For Birth Control "I recently was on Lo Loestrin, and that one worked perfectly for me. No mood swings, no breakthrough bleeding. However, my doctor wanted to switch me to Femynor. WORST MISTAKE EVER!!! Just after 2 days of taking it, I felt anxious/depressed. Didn’t think anything of it until the next day I was just crying for no reason! I felt depressed, didn’t want to get out of bed. Bloating up from water retention. I’ve been off the pill for 2 days now and slowly but surely I am feeling better!"

For Birth Control "I started using this about a month ago and I broke out in acne the worst i ever have in my life, had the worst period I've had in years, and the mood swings have been unbearable. As for the period: before the pill they usually last 6 days but I am on day 8 as I write this and my period started in the middle of my pill cycle. The blood clots have been ridiculous as well. It also made me gain about 7 lbs, I am a small person so I don’t entirely mind but this . other things include terrible head aches and constant fatigue."

For Birth Control "I’ve been on birth control for about 4.5 years. I’ve been on Femynor for 2+ years now. I switched to Femynor because my other birth control was making my periods super painful and I had so much acne (I do not have acne prone skin). My doctor switched me to Femynor and my skin literally cleared up within 2 weeks!! I love this birth control and my periods are way less painful and not as heavy. The only down side is I have gained quite some weight, which also might be partly my own fault but I do think the birth control has some part in it as well. But besides the weight gain I think this birth control is very good for someone that has very bad periods and some skin issues, it will fix you right up!"

For Birth Control "A little background info before I start. My period was always heavy and painful. When I was about 15 it got to the point where I was hemorrhaging and passing out so My doctor said it was best to go on a high dosage birth control. When 17 I found out I had rheumatoid arthritis. I still stayed on the same pill for several years because it worked. However I am now 24 & long term with the rheumatoid arthritis birth control can make the bones and cartilage more mushy at a faster rate; with that being said my doctor switched me to this because it was a lower dosage. I had a horrible experience. Constant headaches, nausea, mood swings like crazy, weight gain and completely lost my sex drive. Stopped it 3 months ago everything has become normal except my sex drive has not gotten better since... hopefully it will eventually. Make sure to do your research and read reviews before starting this birth control, from what I’ve seen many women have had this specially with the loss of sex drive."

For Birth Control "The first week I took this Femynor pill I was nauseous, my jaw and face were sore with tension, my chest ached with the tightness of anxiety, and I began crying more. I'm old enough to know you have to give the symptoms time to work themselves out, so I continued taking it. I lasted 3 weeks on this pill before I called my doctor's office begging them to switch me. At that point I was officially and actively fighting depression, my jaw and face still hurt, I had daily hormone headaches, I felt helplessness and cried so much. I've switched to another pill and have been off this one about 3 days and already feel a little more emotionally and mentally stable and my jaw no longer hurts. If you have any personal history with depression or anxiety, I would not not not recommend this pill."

For Birth Control "CVS switched me from Estarylla to Femynor. It's the worst birth control I've ever taken. I have depression, anxiety, irritability, everything mentioned in other reviews happened to me as well. I have to fight CVS every month to give me Estarylla because I refuse to take this medication."

For Birth Control "I had been using Estarylla for months with little problem, but I started using Femynor recently because my pharmacy ran out of Estarylla. I'm barely a week into my supply and my depression and anxiety have gotten dramatically worse, I had a severe panic attack and thought I was going to die, I also have no appetite and get nauseous if i try to force myself to eat."

For Birth Control "DO NOT RECOMMEND! I was on Sprintec-28 and it worked fantastic, but my Dr. put me on Femynor. I've been taken it for 2 months now and it has made me break out in acne a lot around my mouth. With sprintec my face became clear!"

For Birth Control "I had been on my period for almost 5 months before taking this. I was on another pill and had been switched multiple times. I had surgery to try and figure out why I was bleeding and even after that I kept bleeding. Just started this pill about a week ago and haven’t bled since!"

For Birth Control "This was my first birth control and I really did not notice any side effects up until recently and I've been taking it for almost 4 years. No weight gain and my acne cleared up a little bit but I always broke out right before my period. I have always had depression and anxiety but it only seemed to get worse the longer I was on this. I recently stopped because the mood swings and irritability were out of control. I always knew exactly what day my period was going to start which was great but day one cramps were the worst. I didn't mind this birth control and never got pregnant so it really depends on the person."

For Birth Control "I’ve been on Sprintec for a few months and when I switched pharmacies I was switched to Femynor. Literally the day I started taking this pill I’ve been feeling the side effects like crazy. I have the worst headaches, my appetite is weird l, and I’ve been having mood swings. I’ve been feeling sad then happy and then I’ve been also been feeling depressed. It’s horrible and definitely not worth it. I will be calling my doctor immediately to get switched back to Sprintec."

For Birth Control "I've been on this birth control for about 2 months now and I specifically asked my gyno for one she recommended that wouldn't make me nauseous because I usually get nauseous easily. Tbh.. on Femynor I have not been nauseous at all, my boobs for sure grew and always feel tender, and my period was a less flow but still lasted the same amount of time as I am used to. I believe the first 3 weeks it might have intensified my anxiety but other than that I feel normal and my period was still regular and it came on the day after taking the second sugar pill. I believe this birth control also has helped with my PMDD because I've realized I wasn't getting the emotional symptoms I usually get before getting my period. So this has been great so far!"

For Birth Control "The worst birth control I have ever taken. I used to take trinessa (orthotricyclin) and my doctor prescribed me this brand when I wanted to get back on. I originally went back on it to help the cystic acne I was getting. I’ve heard of people having side effects but never experienced them until I was on Femynor and GOOD LORD. I dried up like the Sahara desert, which lead me to get a yeast infection. I had no sex drive, also because I was so dry, and on top of that I had the worst depression. I cried senseless everyday without stopping. My acne had gotten horrendous which made me even more depressed. I waited it out for about 3 months and as soon as I got off it, felt like my old self. This was the worst experience on this pill"

For Birth Control "Had been on sprintec and never had any side effects. Switched to CVS because local walmart was to far from my new address and they gave ;me Femynor which is another generic. Since I started this pill a month and 2 weeks ago, I've never stopped bleeding. Still I'm on period over for a month."

For Birth Control "I have been on this pill for about 10 months now. It works great for regulating period and clearing acne. My period usually lasts about 2-3 days, max 4 days. The only weird thing is that I get nauseous randomly. I would be very nauseous for 1-2 days and it goes away. Sometimes it's so bad that I cannot smell food or eat anything. There were days I would only eat apples and oranges because that's all I wanted to eat. Other than that, it works well!"

For Birth Control "Femynor was my first ever birth control. I took it at 10:30 in the morning for about 3 weeks and I didn’t like it at all. It made me nauseas and gave me really bad headaches. It also gave me lots of cravings. The pill started breaking me out around the 2 week point and I’ve gotten about 10+ new pimples since then. I use to break out as I got closer to my period, but never this bad."

For Birth Control "I started this pill on my period (Saturday) and the whole week until next Saturday I experience loss of appetite and nausea. Also I ended my period, but experienced some breakthrough bleeding for about 3-4 days, nothing too crazy, and now everything is normal, I got like 2 very small pimples on my forehead like the second week, but overall this has been a good experience for me. Still hoping I can gain a little bit of weight. Better than the depo-shot!"

For Birth Control "Do not take Femynor. I spent the worst night of my life after only taking it for 5 days. An hour later on the 5th day, I FELT TERRIBLE. I had a very bad headache and I was very nauseous ALL night. Finally after hours, I threw up and afterwards I felt SO WEAK I could not even talk. Whatever you do, DO NOT TAKE THIS PILL IT'S TERRIBLE"

For Birth Control "The reviews with “1” rating are accurate. I’ve been taking birth control for a few years now. Never had a problem before. I’ve been taking femynor for now 2 months. I’ve had an irregular period since I was 14. I’ve been spotting non stop since I’ve started this one. I feel hungry nonstop. My moods swings are RIDICULOUS. I was noticing my emotions were intensifying. I felt depressed and it’s not me. I'm a happy spirit. If you’re experiencing this get off this PILL! Get a lower dosage. I caused a lot of arguments between my significant other & I while on this."

For Birth Control "I’ve been taking femynor for about a year now and it has not done justice for me. I see on here a lot of people gained weight but this was the opposite for me. Eating became a chore and impossible to keep food or even liquids down. Gagging was a regular for me almost every time I brushed my teeth I threw up. Also my acne has been out of control."
