For Birth Control "My doctor prescribed this birth control to me to help resolve the intense cramping and heavy bleeding I have on my period. I have been taking the pill for two days, and I can already tell that this will be a struggle. I have already started vomiting, getting headaches, and nausea, and like I said, it's only been a couple of days. Hoping that my experience gets better."

For Abnormal Uterine Bleeding "Few months on the Sronyx pill, and the only side effects I’ve experienced are headaches during the first 2 months, and that’s it. My period is WAY less heavy and is amazing. I’m still getting cramps, but not as bad as before."

For Birth Control "I was previously on Lutera and best pill ever with no side effects until the manufacturer changed. So my ob-gyn switched me to Sronyx because she said it's the same equivalent. This pill is TERRIBLE!!!! For the first 3 months, everything seemed fine and no side effects. After that, I started getting bad headaches 3-4 times a week, I was moody and snappy half the month from PMS time to the end of my period, I got my period before I made it to the placebo pills, got horrible cramps which I never get, crying spells, nausea after eating, and breakouts. The only benefits are weight loss and increased sex drive, which my boyfriend loves. My ob-gyn said if this pill didn't work out, she would switch me to Lessina or Alesse and I am switching."

For Polycystic Ovary Syndrome "I've been on Sronyx for about 3 years. At first, my doctors didn't know what was wrong with me because I grow hair in places I shouldn't. They thought birth control would help with my cycle and to slow down the hair growth, but it hasn't. I now have high blood pressure and severe headaches, but yet I keep taking this pill in hopes it would help. I haven't had a period in at least 2 years. I used to take a name brand, and it did give me regular periods."

For Polycystic Ovary Syndrome "I have been on this medicine since this past February, and at first, it was great and actually helped to clear my face. But it was all downhill from there. I have such terrible acne and red patches on my face, and I hate going out without makeup on. I gained a lot of weight, and I am athletic, so I was maintaining a weight of about 145 pounds, and I now weigh about 170. This pill causes me an intense amount of bloating and stomach cramps. Like, they are literally debilitating and make me feel like I’m going to vomit! I get horrible headaches too, and this started when I was put on Sronyx. I do not recommend this pill at all! Made life a lot harder. I’m switching back to Medroxyprogesterone pills instead of a daily birth control pill so my periods come."
