For Dental Abscess "I’m allergic to penicillin, so was prescribed erythromycin for a tooth infection. On day 2.5. Still have the pain, however, I must say it did make me feel awful with the side effects the first 2 days! Nausea, cramps, etc., but I now find on day 3 my body is getting used to it, so will finish the course and hope it clears up my toothache, which is excruciating!!!"

For Dental Abscess "Erythromycin can be supplied with or without lactose. I had abdominal cramps, nausea, and diarrhea when I took the version with lactose in, but was fine when I switched to the version without lactose."

For Dental Abscess "I had a possible infection on the bottom right teeth, so I was given a dose of 2 tabs 4 times a day. Took for 2 days, during which time I had bad stomach pain and feeling sick. On the 3rd day, a lot of cramping pain and vomiting. Woke up this morning with stomach pain. Now bringing up small amounts of sick. Never want these tabs again."
