For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "10/10 I've had terrible nausea and vomiting since week 6, currently in week 11. Two nights ago, I forgot my pill ONE night, and the next AM, projectile vomiting. What does this tell me? This WORKS, and I will make sure I don't miss another dose as I feel great when I do take it."

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "I was experiencing pregnancy nausea without vomiting from week 6 to current (week 8). I wasn’t able to eat, really only able to rest in bed for the most part. I tried Bonjesta, and it’s helped a great deal. I still experience slight nausea, but it’s bearable, and every so often I will actually feel hungry and am able to eat like normal. I have tried Zofran as well, which does help with nausea but backs you up badly, so be careful."

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "This medication works wonders! I can take it without having to eat something before, which was so helpful, considering I couldn't hold any food down! I lost more than 20 lbs due to vomiting and nausea. And getting into a moving vehicle was the worst! I take one in the morning and I feel good all day! I love it so much, lifesaver."

For Nausea/Vomiting "This medication gave me my life back. I started it yesterday, and I do not need any more time to try it out to review it. I was throwing up so much that I had thoughts of suicide and/or termination of pregnancy... and we planned for this baby. Anyone who knows me knows those thoughts are insane for me, but I couldn't take another day of laying in bed throwing up. I was expecting to fall asleep and not wake up based on the comments, but I woke up completely fine at 6 a.m., and I took 2 pills before bed at 10 p.m. I was pretty tired until 11 a.m., but I will take tired ANY DAY over being sick and nauseous. I could sleep like crazy right now, but I will not stop taking these meds. It was $894 before insurance for 120 pills, and my copay was only $40!!!!"

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "I have been feeling pretty nauseous all day (first trimester of pregnancy), and my healthcare provider gave me a sample of this drug to try. I wanted to share my experience, as all I've read are glowing reviews. Glad it's working for some people, but I have to imagine there are others who experienced something similar to me. I have taken it now for 3-4 days, which should have been enough time to get a feel for whether or not it works. It did absolutely nothing for my nausea. If anything, it made me feel worse. I was so tired I couldn't function. Had to lay down in the middle of the day for a few hours, feeling so tired and sick. I didn't take any last night, and today I feel better than I have since I started taking it!"

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "I have been taking Diclegis since I was 11 weeks pregnant. Prior to that, I was vomiting maybe twice a day and felt nauseous all day long (except at night). The first time I took Diclegis, I was in HEAVEN!! I felt so good. I was able to go a full day not even thinking about feeling sick. I thought that would be the effect the whole time. Not! I am 3 weeks in with taking Diclegis, and it seems like the effect of it has worn off to a certain extent. I am back to feeling nauseous most of the day. I will say that the vomiting is still under control, but I vomit maybe once every 4-5 days (which is still progress). I am in my 14th week now, and I want to see how I will feel if I don't take the meds, but I'm scared, lol!"

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "This medicine works wonders! I was having severe nausea and vomiting every morning to the point I was losing so much weight. My doctor prescribed me Diclegis. I take 2 at night and one during the day because of how tired it makes me. Ever since I've been taking it, I've been able to hold down food and water, and I've also gained an appetite. Without these, I wouldn't be able to go to work. I love them!"

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "This medicine makes me feel paralyzed. I felt fine the first night I took it, it clearly stopped my nighttime nausea. But by the morning, I literally could not lift my head off the pillow for hours. I tried driving and felt like I was in an awake coma. I immediately called my doctor and asked for my Zofran back that I took in my first and second pregnancy. I would not recommend this medicine to anyone unless you can and want to sleep all day and have no other responsibilities requiring you to wake up and care for yourself and others. Seriously, I want to treat nausea, not be in a coma. Thanks, but no thanks."

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "This medication is the only medication on the market that has allowed me to live my normal life. I started taking it around twelve weeks pregnant because I was losing weight rapidly and couldn't even keep sips of water down. At first, I had to take two at night and one in the morning to function. I am now fourteen weeks and have been getting by on only two a day. I tried not taking any at all today, and I was great up until 9 pm, then I got so sick I threw my whole dinner up... unexpectedly. Immediately took two pills and now I feel much better. The only downside is how expensive this medication is. It cost me $186 per bottle of 100."

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "I guess some of us are lucky to have this pill work for morning sickness, I am not one of them. Started at my 4th week, I am now 11 weeks. The pill made me worse!!! Felt like a tranquilizer and knocked me out!!! Not good when you have a 6-year-old. By my 4th day, I was still nauseated and throwing up. Yes, I would see the somewhat dissolved pill in my throw up. Gross, I know. My doctor is not going to put me on an IV pump because I am not losing too much weight, not good!!! Wish you ladies the best and hope this helps."

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "I take one Bonjesta pill at night before bed. This medication is the only medicine that has helped with my extreme morning sickness. When I take the pill at night, I feel less nauseated in the morning. I can eat more, and I am not vomiting as much. I feel more like myself. I went from being sick 100% of the day to 20% or less some days. Definitely worked for me."

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "Diclegis is by far the best medicine for morning sickness. I suffered with all my pregnancies (Hyperemesis Gravidarum), which is severe morning sickness. With this pregnancy, I was prescribed Diclegis, which works wonders. Not even drowsy! No nausea or vomiting. I love this medicine, it is a lifesaver and works great and is completely safe. Glad the FDA put it back on the market."

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "I am 7 weeks pregnant, my midwife gave me samples of Diclegis 5 days ago. Previous to trying them, I had nonstop nausea, vomiting, weakness, truly just felt like death! Day 1 of Diclegis, I was able to wake up, be semi-functional enough to where I was able to get ready for work pretty comfortably, but by mid-morning, all the symptoms came back. On day 3, I added 2 pills at night, 1 in the morning, and 1 in the afternoon, and I can tell you it is a miracle drug! It does take a few days to start working at its full capacity, but after the first few days, you feel almost back to normal! I would recommend this to anyone and everyone!"

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "I started taking this during the first trimester. I'm usually against taking medicine, but I was so sick. So, I figured it was worth a try. At first, I didn't notice any change. I mean, I was still slightly sick. I was expecting the nausea to disappear completely like Zofran would have done. I kind of thought it wasn't working, so I decided to stop taking it... big mistake... my nausea was severe once I stopped taking it. I decided to give it another go. By comparison, I could tell that it was working. I still feel tired, and certain things still make me feel sick (like strong smells and certain foods), but I am nowhere near as sick as I would be if I stopped taking it. I can totally tell if I miss a dose."

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "My first trimester of pregnancy has been entirely brutal. Nausea from the time I woke up until I fell asleep, and sometimes even waking up to vomit. Many days I vomited 4-5 times a day. This medicine is not a “cure-all,” but it has helped me immensely. The drowsiness in the mornings is difficult, but it was way less severe than my nausea. This medication has made me feel slightly human again. Many of my other terrible symptoms remain, but my nausea is under much better control with this drug."

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "This medicine is awful! I’m 6 weeks pregnant with my 2nd pregnancy, and this was the first time I had experienced nausea. My doctor gave me some samples, and the first night was wonderful! After a couple of days, I noticed I was zombie-like and could hardly get out of bed! I felt delirious and drugged! I wouldn’t recommend this to anybody that works, has kids, or who doesn’t want to be groggy all day long!"

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "I took three. 1 in the morning, 1 around 1 p.m., and the nausea didn't stop, so I took another one. My doctor said I should take 1 before every meal and 2 before bed or as needed. The label says take 2 pills before meals. My point being, it made me feel horrible. It made me feel drugged up. I didn't want to move, I felt like I want to throw up and go #2 and just get out of my body. I'm never taking that again. It's 9:30 p.m., and I still feel drugged up. This drug is an antihistamine and messes with your brain. I should've read about it before taking it. Although I'm 8 weeks pregnant and nauseous all day, and my doctor said it is given to all OB patients, so I trusted him."

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "I hate this drug! I feel exhausted all the time on it, and it does not help at all! My doctor told me I can no longer take Zofran during the first trimester due to a study that said there might be issues, so she put me on Diclegis first. I have tried it for 2 weeks and am absolutely miserable! I am still throwing up and have nausea all day and night. I have always had horrible morning sickness and was hoping this would work. Sadly, it does not, all it does is make me want to sleep all day long! To make things worse, even with my insurance covering most of the cost, it still costs over $80.00 for a month’s supply. That is crazy!"

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "Absolutely improved my pregnancy experience by reducing my nausea and vomiting. I was prescribed 2 tablets before bed, 1 in the morning, and 1 mid-day because I was extremely sick. They always recommended it to be taken on an empty stomach. I only took 2 before bed with food (because I refuse to take any pill on an empty stomach), and it worked wonders. If I ever forgot to take them, I was guaranteed a horrible day."

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "As a pregnant, working mom of a toddler, this medicine is my enemy. I would rather feel the nausea than feel like I can't lift my head off the pillow. I have taken just one before bed a few nights in the last week, and each time I do, I feel like I have the worst hangover the next day. I can't function. I don't recommend it to anyone unless they have their entire pregnancy to hibernate."

For Nausea/Vomiting "After horrible all-day nausea (no vomiting), I was prescribed Diclegis by my doctor. It felt like a miracle drug. I was able to enjoy life again and not be bedridden from severe nausea. I remember looking the drug up online before I got it, and I hesitated to try it based on reviews - DON'T. It works differently for everyone. I tried every natural remedy. This was the only thing that made the biggest difference - I would still feel some nausea towards the end of the day, but it was a night-and-day difference from before. I was not drowsy, as I feared on this drug, and I've been able to wean off it (took 4 a day, then just 2 every evening) after 13 weeks. STOP reading reviews and just try it."

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "I had extreme nausea, couldn't keep water down, much less any kind of food. I tried 4 different medications before the Diclegis. Only one of those 4 worked, but I felt so drugged, and I was slurring my words. I'm extremely tired with the Diclegis, but I can keep some food and water down. I'm taking 2 at night, 1 in the morning, and 1 at noon. My house is messy a lot, and my 2-year-old sometimes wears pajamas all day because I'm so tired. It's not a perfect medicine, but it's better than not being able to walk across the room without almost fainting and going to the ER once a week for IV fluids and nutrition."

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "I started out taking 2 nightly, but this medicine seemed to make me so tired I could barely function. I am now taking just 1 a night, and even though I still feel a little nausea, it's not all day, and my vomiting has gone away for the most part. It wasn't expensive for me. My insurance did not cover this drug, but I only had to pay $40 for 60 pills. It's a small price to pay for me right now!"

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "Best medication ever! I started taking it at 9 weeks after losing 10 lbs. I'm on my 17 wks and tried to stop it for one day to limit the use, but the nausea is still going. So I guess I'll keep using this medication because it's the only thing that seems to help. 100% with only 2 tablets at night."

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "So, the first time I took Diclegis, I was around 8 weeks pregnant, and it worked wonders. I couldn’t relate to negative feedback here, but now with my second pregnancy, it doesn’t work like the first time. I still throw up, I’m still nauseous, I hate the smell and sight of food, but I’m not going to say I’m as miserable as I was with my first pregnancy without this drug. Maybe because I’ve been here before, I know what to eat and what to avoid, or maybe it’s Diclegis working 20 percent only. I hate to say this, but ladies, it doesn’t work every time."
