For Insomnia "I decided to try Zzzquil for my insomnia. I was hoping it would lull me to sleep. Didn’t work for me. All it did was make me feel very relaxed. It was a similar feeling as if you took a mild dose of a benzo. Helped me stay asleep but not fall asleep."

For Insomnia "1st time using ZzzQuil it worked and I was surprised it knocked me out and I slept for 8 hours and even overslept because of quarantine. Lately my sleeping schedule is trash so I sleep around 5 am and wake up at 11 am and fully walk at 1:00pm and nap around 3-5 pm. I tried it a second time with my horrible sleeping schedule hoping to restart a better sleeping schedule and it knocked me out for 2 hours and I heard popping sounds in my head when I awoke. I think I am the problem but I'm sad that it wasn't effective the second time around as I woke up refreshed at 12:00am mind you I knocked out at 10:00pm-12:00am and now it's 3:30 am and I'm kinda tired but feel energized."

For Insomnia "Extremely scary. I took a full dose of the liquid form the first night detoxing THC, and I actually thought I was going insane. It did not help me sleep at all, it made me super anxious and restless instead. I honestly was better off just going to bed with no sleep aid. If you are in a similar situation, save your money and sanity and try another solution."

"I took zzzquil as I thought it would help me fall asleep earlier since I have COVID. Instead, it created a nightmare scenario as I now seem to have insomnia from it. I really needed a good night's sleep so I'm very dissatisfied."

For Insomnia "After hearing great things about Zzzquil from my mom, I thought I’d give it a try. I don’t have a problem falling asleep, my problem is that I wake frequently through the night. I stuck with it for 7-10 days before throwing the rest away. Total waste of money as it didn’t even remotely help me to stay asleep."

For Insomnia "I have a hard time sleeping when I share my bed with my boyfriend. He stays over every other day. It worked the first two times, when I was taking one gummie or even a half of one. The third time around, I toss and turn like a crazy animal. When I finally fall asleep, I sleep for only two hours."

For Insomnia "Tried this for the first time, and never again. I had the worst case of anxiety and restless leg syndrome that I’ve ever experienced in my life. Woke up tired from being up more than if I didn’t take it. On top of that, horrible dreams as well."

For Insomnia "I've picked it up recently, I'm restless and started taking it to get me tired, start fixing my sleep schedule that's been destroyed by gaming. It takes about an hour and a half or two hours to work for me so I take it earlier than I would plan to sleep. But when it hits (and for reference I AM on medications for Anxiety and Depression so it could be due to this) I become very disoriented, it feels as though you're physically drunk but mentally sober. Just trying to get up to use the restroom which isn't far had me staggering and nearly falling over. It's a very bizzare feeling but hey, if it works it works. I sleep well and can get up early. But if you're not ready to feel like you're drunk while mentally sober.. Maybe not for you. :)"

For Insomnia "I have taken ZzzQuil twice. Like others have said, it has taken a while to actually fall asleep. Sometime during the night each time I have taken it, I wake up feeling like I have two tight cords wrapped around my upper chest. It's a very unsettling feeling. The first time, I did not attribute it to the sleep aid. The second time, it made me feel a bit panicky. For a while I was restless and uncomfortable, but after a while, I finally fell back asleep. Never again will I take this sleep aid. I don't think it is safe for all people .... mind you I only take one very low dose medication for cholesterol, so it has nothing to do with it. And, I have no health issues that would create a problem. In addition, the following morning, I have not felt a bit rested. I don't recommend it!"

For Insomnia "It made me stay up all night itching and caused numbness in my arm then I really couldn't sleep. You will sleep all day the next day from being up all night with this product. Two times same result. I'll stick to regular nyquil for falling asleep never again will I take zzzquill"

For Insomnia "I tried ZzzQuil several months ago, and it had a reverse effect on me. I tried it again last night, and same thing, I tossed and turned for hours. NyQuil works, so I’ll go back to my occasional use of it instead."
