For Osteoarthritis "I'm a 40-year-old mom with stage 4 breast cancer with metastasis to bone from head to toe. As you can imagine, I'm in considerable pain all the time. They have kept upping my morphine, and although going without the morphine is not an option, I am tired of doubling it all the time. I have since gone to a pain doctor who prescribed Arthrotec 75, and at last, I can go hiking with my kids again. I can go shopping with them and not be exhausted from pain. I am very grateful to Arthrotec 75 because it has given me a piece of my life back. The only side effects I've had from it are a little bit of an achy stomach, and I've been very gassy. Well worth the trade-off."

For Rheumatoid Arthritis "Suffering from RA, osteo, fibro, and Sjögren's. Diagnosed at 41, am now 53. On Enbrel and Arthrotec 75. This combination works very well for me, I still have pain, but it is manageable. I tried to do generic Arthrotec, but it did not work. I usually take one tab before bed. If I am going to be very active, I will take one in the morning as well, but that is rare. The gas and stomach upset are expected, along with feeling very hungry, and I do have bathroom issues from it. I have lost weight while taking this. I believe a lot of inflammation stems from the digestive tract, and when it is emptied, I suffer a lot less. I will watch my kidneys, but as for this med, I love it, and the pros outweigh the cons."

For Osteoarthritis "After taking two 50 mg doses am and pm, I am having to sit up in bed, hoping that the gas and stomach upset will pass so I can get some sleep. I did notice some pain relief, but I won't take it again due to the stomach upset."

For Rheumatoid Arthritis "I have been living with four swollen fingers on my right hand (my dominant hand) and have trouble sleeping with pain in both hips and shoulders. At 49, I feel far too young for arthritis, but sometimes life is not fair. The doctor prescribed Arthrotec yesterday. Two pills in, and I can hold a pen, type, and slept like a baby last night! I'll take the queasy stomach and gas if it means I'm not cranky because of poor sleep and constant pain!"
