For Birth Control "I've been on Apri for about 4 years now. I've never had any serious reactions/symptoms. If you're seeing other people's stories about their struggle taking this pill, please remember that everyone is different! Symptoms vary! It's been a long time, but I believe I was slightly nauseous for a few days when I first started Apri, but since then no problems at all."

For Birth Control "I hope people aren't deterred by other reviews on this site. Typically, people go online to leave bad reviews. I, on the other hand, have had a GREAT experience with this birth control thus far. I have been on it for about a month and have had no side effects! Before Mircette, I tried EVERYTHING-Sprintec, tri-sprintec, the patch, the ring, Yaz, etc. A lot of pills made me very moody, anxious, depressed, or excessively fatigued. Some pills made me very sick to my stomach. Mircette has been awesome. My hormonal acne has already cleared up, I don't get upset to my stomach at all, and I haven't experienced mood swings. I am thrilled that I finally found a birth control that works for me. I HIGHLY recommend trying it."

For Birth Control "I honestly was so afraid from reading the reviews on this pill. Been on it for a month and: No vaginal sensitivity, sex drive is fine, boobs are fine, no nausea, no spotting, I have been sleepy, but I work a lot, so (?), my mood is normal, if not improved... Trust me, folks, it's not everyone. I gained 100 lbs on Junel, and if anything, I've lost weight on Isibloom. I got it through the pill club. I'm having my usual moodiness towards period time, but nothing else. Don't be too afraid. Also, don't think too much or you might cause yourself to experience non-existent symptoms!"

For Birth Control "I’ve been on Isibloom for about 5 months now, it was my first time ever using birth control, and since I was finally in a serious, stable relationship, I thought it was best to go on birth control, and my boyfriend agreed with me after I told him. I’ve seen many negative reviews, and that scared me a lot at first, but this medication has not given me any type of side effect that concerned me in any way! I am still full of energy, I get my period like clockwork now, which is something I haven’t been able to control since I first started getting my period, so that was a blessing! Also, I see no signs of weight gain or mood swings. The only thing I can say is I’ve been bloated sometimes, and the first week I had a little bit of nausea, but that went away very quickly. Overall, this is a good choice for birth control!"

For Birth Control "I felt inclined to write a review after reading all the bad ones on here. I have been taking this birth control for almost 4 years now. Firstly, my skin feels and looks amazing and has never been better. My sex drive has not been negatively affected by taking this medication. I highly recommend this birth control for girls looking to increase their breast size (even though I am sure you are perfect the way you are!) I went from a C cup to a full DD. I didn't have any nauseous symptoms with this pill, even taking it in the morning on an empty stomach. My period is not heavy either. Don't be afraid to try this medication, it could work for you just like it did for me."

For Birth Control "If you are prone to anxiety or depression, please be very careful while taking this Apri birth control pill. The first couple of months, I felt very nauseous and would have the worst cramps around my period, not to mention it made my flow heavier. I would get awful headaches the days leading up to my periods as well. I had anxiety before I started this pill, but when I started to take it, it escalated very quickly. I have been on this pill for a year now, and it took until now for me to realize that it was making me lose my mind. I felt completely out of control in my thoughts and was making my anxiety spiral. I am now off of it, and I feel like myself again. Be careful!!!"

For Birth Control "I felt like I needed to post my positive experience on Isibloom since there are so many bad reviews on here!!! I was kind of terrified to start it after seeing the reviews, however, it’s been the best BC I’ve been on so far. I was a little nauseous the first pack I took, but not horrible. My skin is great, my mood is fine, sex drive didn’t change, and I don’t have any spotting or breakthrough bleeding (which I always have on other BC), also, it’s quite affordable! Works just fine for my bod. Give Isibloom a chance."

For Birth Control "I’ve been on birth control for 5 months, but my doctor recently changed me to Isibloom. I’ve been on Isibloom for almost 3 months, and the first month was normal. Then the second month got worse - at first, I thought I was pregnant (also keep in mind I take my birth control at 9 am every morning and never missed one) because my breasts hurt, I had headaches, nausea (without throwing up so far), and a couple other symptoms. Then I looked up Isibloom side effects, and it all made sense. Hopefully, next month things get better."

For Birth Control "Ok, so I received the Isibloom via the Pill Club, and oh my Lord, so far this is perfect. I say try it longer than two days because yes, I got nauseous, but only for two days. After that, nothing. I feel the same as before I started, and nothing bad about it. So don’t let the other reviews scare you because this will work different for everyone. GET YO BIRTH CONTROL, GIRL."

"I have been taking Isibloom a bit over 30 days only to put my cycle back on track. Will completely stop taking after next month. Pill is okay. Causes nausea. Intercourse is not fun, there's a loss in your sex drive and natural wetness decrease. TMI, lol."

For Birth Control "I was on Isibloom for almost a year. As long as you are within the weight guideline or BMI, it works. I took mine at night around 9 pm so I wouldn't get nauseous. The pills are super small. I didn't have insurance, I got a 3-month supply for only $15.90. They are amazing to work with."

For Birth Control "I took Apri for over 2 years with no side effects. My periods went from extremely heavy for 6-7 days to very light for 3-4 days. My cramps went away, skin cleared up a little bit. Then I switched to Implanon for a month. During that time, I bled every single day and broke out horribly all over my chest and back. So I got that removed and went back on Apri. Since then, my periods have gone back to normal, I've gone up 2 cup sizes in the last 8 months, but I have been experiencing some very mild nausea and lightheadedness. I love it overall."

For Birth Control "On month three of Isibloom, and it works! Not pregnant, and my boyfriend finishes inside most of the time. I’ll be honest, the first month was awful, the nausea was bad and headaches. But once my body got adjusted, it was fine! I do get the headaches a tad bit, but would rather have that than worry about an unexpected pregnancy. It works! I would say to try it for three months before switching."

For Birth Control "So, I took this birth control for 3 years. Did its job in terms of preventing pregnancy, but at a horrible cost. I gained over 30 lbs, had terrible nausea, mood swings, anxiety, depression, headaches, almost no libido, you name it. It wasn't until I got off the pill completely to give myself a break from the constant stream of hormones that is birth control that I realized all of the issues I was experiencing were all the pill, not me. After 2 months off of the pill, all of the aforementioned issues have disappeared. Consumer beware. Not worth it. When I do decide to go back on birth control, it will not be Viorele."

For Birth Control "I really like this birth control. When I'm not on birth control, I have extremely painful menstrual cramps, very heavy periods, and crazy hormonal acne breakouts. It took about two and a half months to see any improvements, but my face is almost always completely clear, I have much lighter cramps, and a much lighter flow. I did feel a little nauseous for the first couple of days, but I had no weight gain and no other adverse health or psychological complaints. The only other complaint I could state would be that within a week of taking the pill, my sex drive was almost completely gone. The main reason I am staying on the birth control is for the acne treatment! It is something I have been struggling with for years, and I am so happy with the results."

For Birth Control "I received Isibloom from the Pill Club. The first month was kind of crazy. It made me extremely nauseous, my boobs hurt all the time, and I definitely noticed an increase in anxiety, depression, and just overall mood swings. I didn’t notice a difference with acne (but I’ve been lucky enough to never really have a problem with that). I decided to stick with it though, and I'm glad I did because after my body adjusted to it, everything else leveled out. I’m now on month 3, and the ONLY issue I still have is ongoing breast tenderness and occasional breakthrough bleeding (but it’s such a small amount that it’s not troublesome or a hindrance at all). I also have not gotten pregnant, so it evidently does its job. I’ve previously been on other birth control pills that literally turned me into The Incredible Hulk, so the side effects from Isibloom have been relatively mild by comparison."

For Birth Control "I've been on Kariva for almost 3 weeks now, and the first week or so, my body definitely had to adjust to the hormones. I was getting hot flashes, burning up at night, fatigue, nausea, and easily agitated/emotional. At the beginning of this week, I feel like I'm finally adjusting. What I don't like is my vagina is so dry when normally it's wet all the time, and my sex drive has diminished quite a bit. Like others have said, this is taking a toll on my relationship. Guys have to be so patient while we deal with this crap! Overall, though, this is the best birth control I've been on. My skin is looking great too! I'm going to stick this out for a couple of months, but if my vagina continues to be like the Sahara, I don't think it's worth staying on."

For Birth Control "I've been on Isibloom since July. The first two weeks, I suffered headaches, and at times I felt nauseous. Since I was using this pill to skip my period, I had breakthrough bleeding for a few weeks. However, I decided to have my period this month. Before birth control, I had 7-day periods that were quite heavy the first 4 days. Now my period lasted 3 days with light flow. I have not gained any weight, in fact, I was able to lose 5 lbs through frequent exercise and somewhat watching my diet. My acne is under control, and I rarely have blemishes."

For Birth Control "I am thrilled with Apri! I decided to try birth control again because of terrible pelvic pain, probably due to my polycystic ovarian syndrome. Since starting Apri, the pain is gone completely! I was to the point where I was going to opt for laparoscopy just to find a reason and hopefully a cure for the pain, but my doctor convinced me to give this a try, and I'm glad I did! Another bonus is that it helps with my depression and daily fatigue, which was something I wasn't expecting. Add in the fact that I can take the active pills for multiple months straight means I'm feeling a thousand times more energetic than I did before Apri. But when I do switch to the white placebo pills, I feel awful again for that week. Light periods too! Works for me."

For Birth Control "I just started this, and right now I am on the period pills. I feel horrible and have felt horrible since the very first pill. Legit nausea all the time to the point where I was waking up once or twice a week around 4 am throwing up (I tried to take it around 12-2 with food every day to maybe avoid this). I also experience uncomfortable bloating really bad when I haven’t even eaten much to be bloated. I haven’t even been eating much period because I’m nauseous all the time. Add mood swings, sadness, anxiety, and headaches to the mix too. I just feel so awful and not myself, so I DO NOT recommend this pill! I hope it gets out of my system ASAP!"

For Birth Control "When I first started it, I got really emotional and would get irritated easily, but that all subsided after the first month or so. No weight gain, no acne, no pregnancy, lol. But about the only downfall to this medication is that if I don't eat quite a bit right before I take it, I'll wake up in the middle of the night feeling nauseous and not able to go back to sleep. I can't just eat a cracker or some chips and take it, my stomach has to be full. Different medications affect everyone differently, so that might just be me, but I'm kind of curious as to whether anyone else has had this side effect from this medication?"

For Birth Control "Going into my inactive pills of my first pack. Although this is only my first pack, it has been the pits. Very nauseous, but no vomiting. Bloated, more depressed, very irritable, overthink everything more than usual, almost no sex drive, horrible cramps, almost no appetite, lost all motivation for things, got bad chest pains, indigestion, heartburn... you literally name it. I’m trying to give this pill a chance, but so far, it doesn’t seem worth it."

For Birth Control "I started taking this pill about a year ago, and it's been complete hell since I started. The first week and a half, I'm unbearably nauseous and hardly have an appetite. At first, I thought these symptoms would subside, but they never did. The next week and a half, I'm cursed with almost extreme PMS symptoms: ridiculous bloating, awful acne, breast pain; you name it. My periods last an entire week, and I get debilitating cramps, so bad that they make me sick the first few days. I tried to wait it out the year, but it's only gotten worse. This birth control has given me the worst anxiety, migraines, heart palpitations, and I'm dizzy constantly. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, not even my worst enemies. Please be cautious when using this."

For Birth Control "I've been on this pill for about 2 and a half years now. I started taking it when I was 16, and I'm now 19. It's been my first and only birth control, and I was put on it because I had insanely irregular periods. My periods were always super heavy and lasted around 7 days. This made me completely regular, gave me way lighter periods that last at most 5 days, lowered my mood swings, and reduced my cramps. I've never once experienced any nausea or negative side effects from taking the pill. Everyone's gotta find the right pill for them, and this is definitely mine."

For Birth Control "The first year with the green packaging was amazing. The year went by as great as can be, very little nausea and pain. I order my medication through Pill Club, and this time I got a bold pink packaging. I don’t know if the ingredient in it has changed or what, but it’s been my worst living nightmare. Extreme pain that makes me not want to walk around without being in unbearable pain. Extreme nausea and back pain. Almost made me think I was pregnant, but I’m not. Thinking about getting a different prescription to get away from the pain because it’s too much and ruining my whole life."
