For Birth Control "I took Isibloom for almost 2 years, I want to say. I have had some mood swings and nauseous episodes. I did gain weight, but it was much more manageable than when I was on Lutera."

For Birth Control "I was 13 years old when I was put on Isibloom for severe acne and heavy, painful periods. I am 18 now. When I started it, I gained about 10 pounds (I was skinny and exercised regularly still), and I went up a cup size. It also really helped my acne, although there was still work to be done at the time, so I saw a dermatologist regularly. (My face is clear now.) It also made my period last 4 days (compared to 7 or 8), and it was light and fairly painless. No other side effects, but I did continue to gain a tiny bit of weight (although that is not surprising considering my age). I also suffer from bad mental health issues (genetic), so that, and the meds I’m on for it, could account for that. Overall, I’d say it was worth the weight gain for the benefits, plus I actually have boobs now!"
