For Birth Control "I started taking Isibloom to help with my PCOS. Before birth control, I had horrible, uncontrollable acne and bled randomly 3 out of 4 weeks a month. Note: In addition to birth control, I started working out 3-4 times a week, engaged in a healthier diet, and drastically reduced my caffeine intake. Month 1: still irregular bleeding; continuation of PCOS symptoms. Month 2: bled for 3 weeks heavily, extreme back pain, cramps, headaches, vomiting, diarrhea, insomnia. Month 3: my first normal month in YEARS! 3 weeks period free. Mild back pain, cramping, sleeplessness. Month 4: irregular bleeding again, repeat of Month 2. Month 5: COMPLETELY NORMAL! No cramps, zero breakthrough bleeding. SKIN SO CLEAR! Drastically improving my quality of life. Highly recommend, just stick with it and make sure you make other life changes to your exercise and diet."

For Birth Control "I have taken this for 1 month. I just got my IUD removed and started Isibloom. Immediately, I had spotting. But this seemed normal. However, by week 2, I had a really awful breakout of acne all over my face. I’ve had what feels like almost a UTI come and go. I’ve been taking probiotics, and it’s helped. But I’m really unhappy with this birth control. I’m currently on my last reminder pill week. I’ll be starting a new brand with my next pack."

For Birth Control "I’m 24, I’ve been using Isibloom for two months. The first week for both months has been nothing but nausea. I read this was a common side effect and to eat along with taking the pill to reduce it, and it has significantly made a difference. I still get cramps, but not as bad. I will be starting a new pack instead of taking my placebos and see if maybe that will reduce the first week's nausea (consult your doctor first). Overall, it’s a good pill. It’s reduced my cramps and my acne, although I still get both occasionally (usually the week I take my placebos/start my period)."

For Birth Control "Just finished my first pack of Isibloom. In a short month, I have developed horrible acne, in places I’ve never had acne. I have had to stop wearing contacts because of extreme dry eyes. Ridiculous mood swings, crying constantly. I’m done with this, and hopefully, I can get my face cleared up before my wedding."

For Birth Control "I could’ve waited Isibloom out to see if the side effects subsided, but honestly, they weren’t worth it. Upset stomach, nausea, diarrhea just in the first 24 hours, breast tenderness started in the first three days, enough to where driving over a little bump in the road was painful, got more acne than I’ve ever had at once immediately after starting it, and my skin is usually very clear. And then about a week in, the vertigo and vision problems started. So, needless to say, this is not the one for me."

For Birth Control "I took Isibloom birth control for 4 months. Took it to skip my period. It was already becoming longer and more irregular before I started taking it. Never was nauseous, acne stayed about the same. Did notice a decrease in sex drive. I stopped taking it a little over a week ago, as I had started bleeding 3 weeks before that, and it had not stopped. I bled a total of 28 days, with it only stopping a week after I stopped taking the pills."

For Birth Control "This is my third week on Isibloom birth control pills, and it hasn't been as bad as all the reviews I read at all. My first week, I had side effect symptoms of nausea on and off, but eating a little something would take care of it quickly. I notice I get headaches more frequently now and get irritated more quickly now, but nothing too extreme that others notice. I also had sore breasts the second week, but it stopped before the week was over. I will get one or two cramps every once in a while, but they are never consistent and never unbearable. There has been no noticeable change in weight or breast size. My libido has been normal, if not higher. And cystic acne has been clearing, which I'm very happy about because that was the point of me getting on the pill! I plan to skip my first set of placebo pills. Overall, this pill is not bad at all for me."

For Birth Control "I’ve been on this pill, it seems like forever. One year, I renewed my prescription, and that’s when I started seeing a change. At first, everything was fine. For about a year or so, I was getting regular 5-6 days of bleeding. Cramps only on the first day. Nothing else serious or major. Maybe slight mood swings, but that’s it. Then, I renewed my prescription, and for some reason (IDK if they changed the pill), everything slowly started getting worse. Acne on my face came back after trying to fight it off for years. My cramps went from one day to many days before I started and days during my period. My period lasts for only 2-3 days. Mood swings are abnormal. I’m crying when I don’t want to cry. My energy is drained before my period starts. It’s hard to concentrate as well. I didn’t get much weight gain while on it, but I have gained some weight. That’s about it."

For Birth Control "Absolutely awful. I don’t know why my pharmacy constantly switches my Enskyce out for Isibloom. I take birth control to help reduce period side effects (debilitating cramps, acne, etc.), and Enskyce has been the only one that works for me. Isibloom does the opposite. Isibloom MAKES me break out more — not just with acne, but itchy red bumps all over my face as well, and it also gives me constant cramps even when I’m NOT yet on my period. Isibloom sucks."

For Birth Control "Isibloom has affected me more negatively than positively. I used this for about 2 years. My hair thinned. I have lost half of my hair, mostly thinning on the sides of my head. Not only was that a self-esteem hit at 24, but it gave me horrible cystic acne all over my face. In addition, severe vaginal pain during intercourse. The pain was so extreme, it caused issues in my marriage because I physically could not be intimate with my partner in any way. That doesn't even account for the lack of drive, more depression, and anger. I have been off this brand for about 4 months, my hair is starting to grow back (slowly but surely), vaginal pain is almost completely gone, but my acne is still struggling. I do not recommend this brand to anyone."

For Birth Control "I had a terrible experience on this birth control. My skin has been clear my entire life, but when I started this birth control, it gave me the worst cystic acne, bumps everywhere on my cheeks. It also gave me terrible mood swings, it made me crazy. I got this from the pill club, and this is my biggest regret. I was 19 when I started taking it, and I took it for 3 months. The first month and a half wasn’t terrible, but after that, everything went downhill. I stopped taking this 14 months ago, and I am still left with cystic acne all over one cheek. I have tried multiple pills and tretinoin for acne, so I’m positive that this birth control caused it. It’s embarrassing. Although, this is my experience, and everyone’s body is different."

For Birth Control "I was on this pill for two months, not relating my issues to it. I was on my period for 6 months straight, gained 33 lbs, acne breakouts, literally everything you don’t want. I finally went to the gyno, and he said they stopped prescribing this pill over 20 years ago because of the severe side effects (I got it through Pill Club since it was free). On top of everything I was experiencing, it has a long list of side effects, such as blood clots in the legs. Do not recommend."

For Birth Control "I was on birth control starting at 14 years old and got switched to this when I was 18, and everything literally just went horrible. Immediately gained like 30 (130-160) pounds without my exercise level changing or my diet changing at all. My depression and anxiety became so severe that I literally didn’t want to live anymore. My acne got worse. I had absolutely no sex drive. I’m now on the implant, which I’m getting out soon because, although I stopped gaining weight when I got off this pill, the effects have not gone away. I genuinely feel as if this medication ruined my life, it changed me into a completely different person and changed my body, and no matter how hard you try to lose weight, it will not budge. Please avoid this."

For Birth Control "I found The Pill Club in which they prescribed me Isibloom. It was cheap and the reviews looked fine online, so I went for it. After being on this for a few months, I began to realize I had mood swings. Anything could make my mood change from happy to miserable within a matter of a minute. I lashed out at everybody and I couldn't figure out why. My acne has gotten noticeably worse while being on it, and my weight has dropped a considerable amount. I know birth control comes with some side effects in general, such as mood swings, but this was just out of control. I cried constantly. I take my birth control every day at 8 am, without failure. When I started this birth control, I had my period for a MONTH straight. My period has not regulated at all with this birth control. And I have had pregnancy scares along the way. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT take this birth control. Using this brand as a contraceptive is not worth the emotional and physical struggles that come along with it."

For Birth Control "First full month on this pill and it's awesome! ZERO nausea, headaches, or dizziness. Only side effects are tender breasts and nipples, and a few breakouts. But hey, it's hormones, lol, there are obviously going to be some changes! Can tell it's doing its job! I highly recommend!!!!"

For Birth Control "Currently crying from the pain of cramps!! My doctor prescribed me Isibloom because my period has been late about 4 months, and I also have PCOS, which makes it harder. I’ve only been taking it a month, and I can tell you right now I won’t be taking it ever again! The cramps are almost everlasting, and they are so, so, so bad, so bad I want to go to the hospital because I feel like something is really wrong! The nausea is even worse, I throw up everything I eat almost all the time! (No, I’m not pregnant)! My acne hasn’t cleared, I’ve only been gaining weight, and my mood is always so crappy! Worst ever!"

For Birth Control "I get huge mood swings when I first start taking it, food cravings and bad acne, but they all go away quickly if you keep taking it. I have been on this brand for 3 years. I love this product."

For Birth Control "I started with Cyred (which I really loved aside from literally one day’s worth of nausea), but was randomly swapped to Isibloom and I didn’t think anything of it being that both pills have the same amount of hormones in them. However, within the first day of taking it (this is now day 10) I’ve been having severe cramps that make doing literally anything miserable, my face is breaking out, and I haven’t quit spotting. All things that didn’t happen with Cyred, so I definitely wouldn’t recommend Isibloom! Trying to get off this as soon as I can! :("
