For Acne "I was put on Aczone 5% about 2 years ago, and it didn't really do much. I had tried everything (and I mean everything, changing my BC, Proactiv, you name it). My dermo put me on tretinoin .025%, and my face started breaking out like crazy. I stuck with it for about a month, and then I called my dermo really upset. They moved me to Aczone 7.5% and tretinoin .05%, and I stuck with that for about 6 months. Oh, my God. I haven't gotten a single pimple in 3 months, all my scars are gone, my skin looks AMAZING. I honestly never thought I would have clear skin in my life, and I feel like I found the holy grail. It really sucks for about 2 months when you go through the purge and your skin dries out, but it is SO worth it. I promise."

For Acne "I've been using this product for about 3 weeks. My acne is really bad due to hormone issues, so I was worried that no medications would help until we finally got my hormones balanced. Well, I began using Aczone, and I have, as well as others, noticed a wonderful improvement. I haven't had issues with dry skin with it. I hope it continues to work."

For Acne "I got a bad bout of the flu in March and had to go on 10 days of antibiotics. My face started breaking out the worst it ever had in 7 years. After getting a cystic pimple every day for 10 days, I went to the dermatologist. She prescribed Aczone and Epiduo. I also got 3 injections to the cheeks. I have been applying the medicine for 4 days now. My face has calmed considerably in these few days and is actually smooth. I see some pimples coming up on my cheeks where I was breaking out before, but instead of them becoming cystic-hard and painful, they come up as small whiteheads, and after showering, I just wipe them away. My face is dry, but I don't mind as I have oily skin. Could be too soon to tell, but I have seen a difference in 4 days."

For Acne "I'm a 46-year-old female with cystic/hormonal acne. My dermatologist just prescribed this medication to me a few days ago, along with Retin A and Solodyne (oral antibiotic). The Aczone leaves my skin very white and dry in the areas I put it on. My whole chin area and jaw area feel like walking around with white chalk on my face. I do use moisturizer over it, but it still returns when the moisturizer dries. The cystic bumps appear to have gotten smaller rather quickly, which is what I like about it. I just don't like the dry white flakiness it leaves behind. Maybe I'll switch to using it only at night and see what happens."

For Acne "BUY THIS MEDICINE! I have struggled with acne for as long as I can remember, and I am about to turn 17. I have tried every acne treatment out there, including Proactive, which I hate to death. It burned my skin horribly and left it peeling dry. Aczone makes my skin feel 100 times better the morning after I wake up. No burning, drying, itching, and will clear your face fast. I also have rosacea, so I used another cream on top of the Aczone that worked perfectly together."

For Acne "The first time I used this product, I used it with Tazorac, and it cleared my skin up nicely. I have had trouble with acne on and off since I was a teen. It cleared my acne up in a few weeks but completely dried my skin out around my mouth. My lips started peeling and turning brown, even lipstick didn't help. Derm recommended cutting back use to every other day. Didn't help. I stopped altogether, and my lips and mouth area returned back to normal. Five to six months later, I started Aczone again since my acne has gotten so bad. I made sure to stay away from my lips, etc., got a great moisturizer to keep the area hydrated, and now I have a red rash around my lips and nose and on my lips... guess I'm having some weird reaction. :("

For Acne "Aczone is the best acne product to ever happen to me! I'm 23 and have tried nearly everything from Accutane, oral acne medications, creams, cleansers, masques, etc. For the first time in nearly ten years, I have clear skin! The difference is Aczone. I use it in the morning under makeup or without, and it controls the oil and reduces inflammation. It dries out my skin but doesn't flake or peel."

For Acne "I have been on this gel since a few years back when I first started to experience bad breakouts. I was started at the 1% gel and saw very little difference. In the past year, I have been prescribed antibiotics, Tazorac, even switching my diet, as well as many other things to help my skin, and nothing worked. In the past few months, my dermatologist has had me on the Aczone 7.5% gel, and this has worked amazingly for my skin. I've experienced no purging or flakiness, and it has worked wonders for my skin. Although it works well, I do suggest that you use a heavy moisturizer on top after it dries off if you are concerned about having dry skin. It has helped to control my breakouts, but takes significantly longer to get rid of larger cystic acne. Overall, this product has worked amazingly."

For Acne "I am a 45-year-old female with hormonal cystic acne, which I've had for around 10 years. I've tried various oral antibiotics, prescription topical creams, face washes, etc. When my dermatologist first put me on Aczone, I thought it was a miracle cream. I would have given it 10 stars the first few months because the first 3 months were AWESOME. The next 6 months were okay. Over the last 3 months, I have had a tube in the drawer, but the over-the-counter acne creams work just as well now. It is expensive if you don't have insurance. It is worth a try, but for me, it isn't working like it did at first. I didn't notice any side effects other than dry skin."

For Acne "Well, my dermatologist gave me this for inflammation on my face. No effect whatsoever! I don't have acne, I have huge red spots slowly growing on my face and even making it swollen. I tried everything. And now this too. I think for the first two days of use, my skin got less red on top of my condition, and that's about it. So far, I'm on my fourth free sample tube, just put it on all over my face twice a day as she told me, and no changes, no improvements. Also, no negative effects so far too - no irritation, dry skin, etc. And I was stupid enough to buy one more tube in hope that it will surely work for the money I paid, lol."
