"Been using this for more than 20 years and is an excellent emergency-use medication for any episode. I had no side effects, and it was originally suggested by my gastroenterologist. For some reason, they are no longer being manufactured."

"This is one of the best products ever for abdominal discomfort, reflux, and generalized diffuse abdominal pain. I am not sure why it is not more well-used. I am a nurse, and I tell all of my patients about it. I used to be an avid Tums user until I realized that Mylanta does so much more. It takes care of reflux pain and gas pains quicker and more efficiently than anything else. Plus, it tastes 2000 times better than Rolaids."
