What is Mag-al Plus?

Aluminum and magnesium are naturally occurring minerals. Aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide are antacids.

Simethicone allows gas bubbles in the stomach and intestines to come together more easily, which allows for easier passage of gas.

Mag-al Plus is a combination medicine used to treat heartburn, acid indigestion, upset stomach, and bloating caused by gas.

Mag-al Plus may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.
