For Insomnia: I thought I went I had dropped into a live-in nightmare 2 times in one night. It scared me so bad when I finally woke up I swore I would never take this drug again. It was the most horrific dreams I've ever had. I took 1. 5 mil pill. I'm still shook up after taking this drug. I hope this helps some one. It is not for me. I have never been scared of meds un till now |

For Insomnia: I take Nytol on nights I really can't get to sleep. My experience is that they don't work very fast, but when they do I sleep pretty soundly. Unfortunately, the result in the morning is that I feel like I have a hangover, and I often sleep through my alarms. For Insomnia: Took 1 last night nytol tablet 1 hour before bed Mild sedative like effect but fell asleep okay Next morning I felt more tired at work than I did in bed haha :) Plus dry mouth and luckily avoided a head ache by drinking water ! |

For Insomnia: I've been taking Dayvigo for a month now. I have weird dreams, headaches, and anxiety. I take it with my trazadone 300mg. I seem to sleep much better but its hard to wake up sometimes. Groggy. I do wake up to pee and go back to sleep pretty well. I do take medicine for anxiety but lately after taking dayvigo I feel more anxious. Not sure if I will keep taking it.
