For Insomnia "I have had insomnia since I was a teenager. By having little sleep made me susceptible to being sick a lot as a young woman. Once I was prescribed Lunesta by my psychopharmacologist, it really helped, but over many years I became kind of 'immune' to it. My doctor recently prescribed Sonata, and I love it. It is gentle and does not leave a hangover. I take it before I go to bed, and it usually helps me right away."

For Insomnia "I have taken Sonata for over 15 years. It has been a miracle drug for me. I have no trouble falling asleep, but I wake up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep. But with Sonata, I am out within 15 minutes and wake up with no hangover. I do not know what I would do without it."
