For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I am taking Mounjaro. Currently on a 10 mg dose once a week. No nausea, diarrhea, or vomiting. I usually experience burping the day of the injection and the day after. I have lost 24.6 pounds. I eat anything I want in moderation, including if I am craving sweets, I eat some light yogurt with a tablespoon of chocolate chips. I’m not a soda drinker, and when I go to Starbucks, I have switched from Frappuccinos to iced tea with Stevia, and I am perfectly satisfied. It has taught me to listen to my body, and I find myself often not hungry when my husband is, or hungry when he’s not. The most important thing is I’m finding that I’m satisfied with much smaller portions of food, or treats of any kind. My A1c blood test has dropped from 7.2 to 5.6!"
