Tirzepatide for Type 2 Diabetes "I've been on Rybelsus, Trulicity, and Ozempic with minimal results both on A1C and weight loss, and lots of stomach issues. Presently on Mounjaro 10 mg for the past year, having gradually increased dosage along the way. Side effects are constipation, and approximately every three weeks I'll have an episode of stomach pain, sulfur burps, and vomiting. It's usually in the middle of the night, throwing up dinner and anything else eaten that day, sitting on my stomach all day. Vomiting, severe sweating, chills. After that, it passes, and I feel perfectly fine until weeks later it happens again. I can tolerate this side effect, and A1C is much better."

I usually experience burping the day of the injection and the day after. I have lost 24.6 pounds. I eat anything I want in moderation, including if I am craving sweets, I eat some light yogurt with a tablespoon of chocolate chips. I’m not a soda drinker, and when I go to Starbucks, I have switched from Frappuccinos to iced tea with Stevia, and I am perfectly satisfied. Tirzepatide for Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I am a 67-year-old male. I have been taking Zepbound for 3 1/2 months now. Currently taking the 7.5 strength. I have just reached the 50 lb threshold or just under 20% of my body weight lost. The drug is not a magic potion as you still have to eat the right calorie foods, but the drug makes it much easier as I am really never very hungry and fill up quicker. My biggest struggle has been wanting to snack at night from boredom. As for side effects, I belch more, early on, I experienced some upset stomach but found if I eat a few crackers with peanut butter, I feel a lot better. I also experience some constipation, but my doctor said that was mainly due to the reduced amount of calories I am consuming. Overall, I am thrilled with the experience and results. I plan on losing another 5-10 pounds, then work on maintaining new eating habits.
