Ribociclib for Breast Cancer, Metastatic "I have been on Kisqali since September 2018, with no disease progression. Tumor markers in the “normal” range. Side effects: nausea, diarrhea, joint pain, some hair loss in the early stages, the occasional rash or skin sensitivity, fatigue. Having said all of this, I am living my life, working full-time and traveling when possible... life is good!"

For Breast Cancer, Metastatic "This has made me feel very tired. It took my body about 4 months to adjust to the medication. I experienced vomiting for a week, diarrhea for 4 months, heart palpitations after the 4th month, hot flashes, and night sweats."

Ribociclib for Breast Cancer "Severe medical PTSD kept me from tx for 14 years p/ finding the lump, and trauma tx was delayed due to gaslighting about medical PTSD. When I became able to re-enter the medical system, my HR+, HER2- BC had metastasized only to contralateral axillary lymph nodes (early stage 4). I started Letrozole first and the tumors improved just on Letrozole, but once I started Kisqali after a normal EKG, initially new tumors stopped forming, the skin healed, bleeding stopped and existing tumors shrank and continue to shrink (slower now than initially). Dosage was cut to 400 mg/day due to neutropenia after 3 months. Just finished 1 year on the med. Most recent scans show no bone mets, no lymph nodes and no progression near the primary tumor. Perceptible side effects minimal. Slight fatigue, hard to retain muscle, loose stools. I use a lot of supportive supplements. Dealing with the pharmacy is a nightmare but the med itself I could hardly be happier. I definitely did not expect such positive results when I started tx."

Ribociclib for Breast Cancer, Metastatic "Have been on Kisqali for two months. In the first week, three tablets every day, but due to side effects of diarrhea, nausea, and fatigue, reduced it to one. Still suffer the above, but not as severely. I do have Fulvestrant injections on a monthly basis. I am hoping with perseverance, side effects will decrease. I had breast cancer twenty-five years ago with metastasis in the last twelve, still not on the organs. I am 83 years old."
