Phendimetrazine for Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I am 42 years old. I took Bontril when I was around 32 years old and lost a lot of weight, went from 200, size 13, down to a size 3 and 4. I have had health issues and gained weight. In 2013, I weighed 169, which is a size 8 to 9 for my height of 5'4'', which I looked great, but since then I have gone up to as much as 209.5. In May, I got on Bontril again, went down to 192 with horseback riding exercise. I was doing great. Then I relapsed without meds and went back up to 205. Now I'm back on, got my hopes up."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "Read some reviews here, can relate to someone that said they had palpitations and feeling of 'closing of the throat.' You are either taking too much or you might have already a tendency to anxiety, and as a stimulant, this medication will increase symptoms of anxiety. What can also help in case of the negative reactions, besides lowering the dosage, is DEFINITELY take the pill with at least an 8 oz glass of water to help dilute some of the strength of this diet aid. Taking it with a full glass or skim, soy or almond milk will be also soothing of negative symptoms."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I have been taking phendimetrazine (Bontril 105 mg) since Sunday, for about 4 days. The first day, I was a little jittery and could not eat anything. Then I developed a very bad headache, but after my body getting over the initial shock, it has adjusted to the medicine. I weighed in on Sunday at 214 lbs, today, Thursday, I am 204. I have lost a whopping 10 lbs... I am so excited about this. I am watching my diet, and I work out like crazy doing Boot Camp, Circuit Training, and CrossFit Training with my trainers. I started to take the medicine because I was doing all that exercise, and my weight was not going down, but now the combination of the pill and exercise, I am seeing changes. I am 34 and 5'1."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "In 2008, I took phendimetrazine, and along with diet and moderate exercise, I lost 40 lbs in 3.5 months. The only side effect I had was occasional constipation when I didn't drink enough water. I didn't feel 'the energy boost' like I was told I would. I loved it then! After gaining back 15 lb (gained weight with pregnancy) and realizing my baby is now close to 3, it's time to get back into gear. Tried diet and exercise by itself with minimal results, so I resorted to finding a weight loss clinic. I've been on the extended release for 5 days, and it seems to be different. It doesn't seem to suppress my hunger like the first time around. I am still taking it though, I will weigh in on Oct. 16, so hopefully I will see results!"

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I've been taking this for almost 4 weeks now. I weighed in at the doctor 3 days ago and have lost 14 lbs already. I was 202 lbs and I am down to 188 lbs, at 5'2. I have been on a strict 1200-calorie diet and have not exercised, although I have a 19-month-old I chase after all day. I have increased energy, and I feel great about myself. They really work to help with appetite control. I also just started taking a multivitamin just to be sure I am getting enough nutrition. The only downer is that I have been having bad headaches for the past week. So I've been just taking Motrin. I take 3 pills at 10 am every morning. And I sleep great at night. I recommend these to those who really want to change their lifestyle."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "Lost 23 lbs in the first week. Kind of crazy. Then 12-15 every week after. This was in addition to a strict diet and cardio. Went from 357 lbs to 230 lbs. I am a larger man (6'3") and was told that 230 was a good weight for me by numerous doctors. Hopefully, it will stay off!"

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I have been taking this medicine for 2 1/2 weeks along with a high-protein diet of 800 calories a day. I have lost 15 pounds so far. No side effects for me, with the exception of the sweet taste in my mouth. It works. I love to eat... that's how I got to where I am, but I have to force myself to eat these days."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I have only been taking it for a couple of days, and I feel better than I have in years. I have to make myself eat. My energy is great, but no jitters. I actually feel like doing things again. Great mood elevator. Wanting to lose approximately 30 lbs. I don't have much willpower, but I think this will do the trick."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I started taking the medication because I was tired of being 'obese' by military standards. I have two kids, work a full schedule, and go to school full-time. I tried phentermine, but I had horrible side effects. I have been eating 1,400 calories a day for the first week and have dropped 8 lbs. I drink at least 100 oz of water a day. I do drink diet Pepsi or Coke. I keep a food journal, which makes me responsible for what I put in my mouth. I use the Smart Ones meals for lunch and breakfast to guarantee I know what I'm eating at work. Maybe a snack bar or yogurt for a snack. I usually eat every 3 hours."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I lost weight in 2014 and kept it off until I got pregnant. I gained almost 40 lbs, and it was hard to lose. I only lost 10 lb on my own and wanted the doctor to give me a boost. I asked for phentermine, but he suggested phendimetrazine would work better. NO!!! I gained weight. I ate right, worked out, didn't eat after 8, no sugars, no sodas, no nothing bad! For me, it did not work. Now I am on phentermine, and I lost weight within the 1st week. I know it's water weight, but it is a start!"

Phendimetrazine for Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I have been using the medication for almost 3 weeks and have lost 10 lbs. I'm also doing cardio every other night for 30 minutes and dumbbell/weights every other night (but that's a fairly light routine). I'm also eating a lot of protein and have cut out simple carbs/sugar entirely. Will slowly bring those back into my diet next week. I did try the HCG diet (along with a VLCD) a few months back and lost over 20 lbs, but that was a hard diet. This is much easier to manage and doesn't intrude on your lifestyle to the same extent. Since I'm only now 12 lbs above a BMI of 25, I'm sure I won't be able to take it for much longer...maybe another 3 weeks, as I will be on the high end, but still in the 'healthy' range within 3 weeks."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I've been taking phendimetrazine 105 mg once a day for a little over a week now. I've lost 6 pounds already without any exercise (recent foot injury). I definitely think once I start exercising again, the results will be even better. I have had no jitters at all. The appetite suppressant part worked great the first 3 or 4 days, but now has seemed to wear off a little. It's still there, just not as strong. However, those 3 or 4 days really helped me realize how much I had been eating before, and now it's much easier to eat just 2 or 3 small meals a day. I started at 172 lbs, and my goal weight is 135 lbs. I'm also getting B12 injections once a week, so that is probably contributing to the weight loss as well."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I have had no problems with this medication. I feel extremely alert except at night, when I fall asleep quickly. I have lost 5 lbs in the first week because I am eating only what I should be eating. I have no appetite for the extra junk I have been eating for the last few years, when I put all this weight on me. Oh, and now that I am not so consumed with my weight and snacking, I can concentrate on work, so my work has improved as well."

Phendimetrazine for Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I started taking Bontril 105 mg for about 4 days and haven't weighed myself yet. I used to take this pill about 4 years ago and lost around 30 pounds, but then stopped taking them when my former doctor stopped prescribing diet pills. It was until a co-worker referred me to a new doctor, and I am completely happy with him. He first gave me Adipex, but after 2 months with no weight loss results, he changed me to Bontril last week. I am confident and happy that I am back to this pill and more than sure that it will work. I am 157 and 5' and my goal is to lose 35 pounds before my 20-month-old birthday."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I've only taken this for a week. 35 mg phendimetrazine twice a day, and I don't feel anything at all. No extra energy, I'm still consuming as much coffee. In fact, I have been sleeping even more since starting. It might curb my appetite a smidge if I take the tablet just at the right amount of time before a meal. Four-ish hours later, though, my hunger is back in full force. Usually have hunger pains then too for eating less when I ate when it mildly suppressed my appetite. No weird side effects, except a chalky taste in my throat. This stuff has been pretty useless. I follow up with my doctor later this week, and I will be requesting something else."

Phendimetrazine for Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I have been using Bontril for 7.5 weeks with only a 6 lb weight loss following a great diet of protein, fruits, and vegetables. I just phoned my physician's office and informed them that I plan on taking myself off of the medication secondary to severe constipation, headaches, insomnia, fatigue, and frequent urination. I have been off the medication for 5 days and feel so much better. I didn't realize the potential cardiac complications until today. Oh well, live and learn! Good luck to all!!"

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "Warning: I have been doing phendimetrazine for over 3 years. It’s not easy to get off of it. Once I stop, I gain weight like crazy, lose all energy, and become depressed. Take only as prescribed. If you take more than you are supposed to, you will need many more a day in order to get it to work. You will have friends go to the doctor so that they give you their script too. Running out of pills before it’s time to renew your script will be a nightmare. These pills give you incredible amounts of energy, a euphoric feeling, you are never hungry, you will lose weight! But beware… It’s NOT EASY TO STOP THEM, and if you do… the energy level will dissipate and the weight will come back on."

Phendimetrazine for Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I lost 6 pounds in the first week of taking Bontril, then no more loss. I didn't have cravings at first, but after 3 weeks, I am hungry again. Headaches are gone, still doing the diet, but nothing happens. I will finish the first bottle and see if it is worth it to start a second. I had high expectations."

Phendimetrazine for Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I have been using this drug for 1 month, and I have lost 11 pounds so far. I still have 20 lbs to go. I had been exercising 6 days a week, for at least 2 hours a day, with lots of cardio, and the weight wouldn't come off until I started on the Phendiet. Since starting, I reduced my exercise to weight lifting and swimming 1.5 hours a day. My only concern is feeling like my blood pressure drops and like I need iron. I meet with my doctor every 2 weeks."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I have been taking them for a little over two months, and I have lost 30 pounds. It works great for me. I have also been on a simple diet, and overall, I rate it great. I got my mom and aunt to go and get their prescription, and they have lost weight too. I'm so happy with phendimetrazine."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "The first 3 days, I swear I felt so good, I was not hungry, very little appetite, and a lot of energy. But after that, it all stopped, and I went back to how I felt before I started taking these pills. I don't know if I did something wrong? I feel really disappointed. I seriously felt so motivated, I was going to lose weight, but I haven't lost anything."

Phendimetrazine for Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I have been taking it for 3 weeks and have lost 6 pounds. I was on Adipex. It has been 5 months in total, and I have lost 42 pounds. I have 30 more to go. I am eating 1,200-1,300 calories a day and exercising at least 3 times a week."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "This is an amazing diet pill. I weighed almost 150 lbs, and after I finished taking them, I weighed an amazing 109 lbs. Wow, never thought I would be so small again. That was with exercising 5 days a week and eating healthy."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I am 25 years old, 5'9" and was 186 pounds. I am a full-time student, which makes me much less active than normal. I have done little exercise and have lost 15 pounds in 6 weeks! The medication is great, I don't even have to drink coffee, and I forget to eat because my appetite just disappears. Once the medication kicks in and makes me lose the cravings, it's also much easier to eat well when I'm not taking it. I have saved hundreds of dollars on impulse food alone! My doctor was reluctant to prescribe it because he treats a lot of people who are much older and severely obese, and by comparison, I didn't have much of a problem. I wanted to feel healthier and reach my goal of being 150 lbs, and I am very healthy to begin with, so why not?"

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I just started taking 35 mg 3x a day, and the only side effect is the bad taste in my mouth. But as an appetite suppressant, it is great! I just chew sugar-free gum if it gets bad. Sometimes the taste will make you not want to eat, which is good, too!"
