For Nasal Congestion "This is by far the best mist I have tried, however, I must agree about the cap. I do understand it's child-proof and would be hard to figure out, but you do have to consider older people have arthritis and vision problems. Maybe you could make it easier, but it is a good product."

For Nasal Congestion "This product worked for me, and it does last the full 12 hours. It cleared my congestion almost immediately, but there were some temporary side effects. For about the first hour after I used it, the inside of my nose was irritated. I also got thirsty after I used it but was fine after I drank some water. Overall, it works great."
