For Dietary Supplementation "I have only been taking this for about a week and have been experiencing very severe stomach pains and diarrhea. However, I think it could just be cleaning out my system? Still, vitamins are about the only weight loss option I have, as it is the only one that truly works. I have been far less munchy, so I think this is good."

For Dietary Supplementation "I started taking these gummies almost 3 months ago. I didn't have any major side effects in the beginning, maybe just a sore stomach at first, but that's normal as your body has to adjust to this new supplement. I started to see around a month that my hair was getting longer. It used to be a little past my shoulders, and now it's halfway down my back. So I did see some results with these, but everyone's body handles stuff differently, so maybe it worked for me but won't work for someone else. My hair has always been extremely slow growing, but I noticed a faster pace with the help of these. BUT I did start to get nonstop itchiness all over my arms and legs... I kept putting lotion because doctors thought I had really dry skin, but it's these, so be careful."

For Dietary Supplementation "Did they work? Yes. My nails and hair were flourishing. But! I had a horrible reaction to them. Severe itching all over my body. Started with my legs. Went on for months because I didn’t think I could be allergic to a vitamin. Went to a dermatologist and everything and got diagnosed with atopic dermatitis. I’ve cut them out after finally getting the brains to read the reviews after a friend said she got bad acne from them. So I’m now waiting for them to get out of my system and weaning myself off the itchy allergy meds I’m on. Hope it doesn’t take long!"

For Dietary Supplementation "I have been taking Nature's Bounty gummies for over a month. I have experienced a dry, itchy scalp, dry peeling hairline, dry hard rashy patches on my neck, and severe sores on my scalp. My head is now discolored and very white. My head being on fire is an understatement, I have scratched until my edges have thinned out. This product should be taken off the market, and the company should be sued. Today was my last day taking the gummies, and hopefully my head will get back to normal. I'm glad I decided to read the reviews for this product because now I see I'm not alone, I have every symptom everybody else has, and now I know I'm not going crazy."

I bought the tablets and had a severe reaction, rapid heart rate, very high blood pressure, and a feeling of passing out, no hair improvement. I thought I was going to have a stroke, and I do not have high blood pressure."

I did not expect them to be the vitamins, but when I ended up in the ER, the doctor said my vitamin A and B levels are way too high."

For Dietary Supplementation "I have been experiencing what feels like cuts and rashes on my face, itchy scalp and skin at night, tight headaches, and itchiness around my lips and eyes. These 'vitamins' need to be taken off the shelves immediately. I couldn't figure out what was happening, I figured it was a reaction to an old foundation but realized these supplements had been something new in my routine. I will no longer be taking these and have been using Neosporin to help with the rashes. Just wash them with Q-tips and apply the ointment on like three times a day. It helps."

For Dietary Supplementation "I never thought to research vitamins. October 2020 was my first bout with COVID (lasted 2.5 months), 2nd bout of COVID March 2021, then 2 back surgeries. My hair is falling out by the handfuls. My sister has used these for 4 years and suggested I try them. I took 2/day with breakfast for 3 weeks. I experienced severe gas/bloating, horrible stomach pains, insomnia, extreme fatigue, headaches, my voice is hoarse, an awful taste in my mouth, and a tingly tongue (that should’ve made me think something was wrong). I’m discouraged because I’m getting sicker and didn’t know why. I started reading reviews. Amazon reviews were good, then I found this website. Thank you to those who have written in. I stopped them today and hope I can feel better soon. I bought these gummies from Amazon. There was no expiration date, an odd color, and they stuck together. My side effects are different. DO NOT TAKE THEM."

For Dietary Supplementation "It's been a week since I started feeling itchiness. I thought it was mosquito bites or bedbug bites or ant bites. But it was really a different kind of itchiness. Also, the swelling on my neck and feeling bloated all the time. I thought I just gained some weight, but looking into the scale, it's the same number. Then I stumbled upon this website. For Dietary Supplementation "I took these after I had my son in March 2016. I was losing so much hair, I was going bald. These made my hair grow so fast, and they tasted so good. I took them for about two months with no problems at all. My hair grew, my nails were stronger, a 10/10, so I decided to buy these again now in September 2017, and the taste is awful. When I take them, I get nauseous right away, and my head feels like it’s about to explode. My stomach feels full of water or bloated, it’s a weird sensation. It really sucks because I was really looking forward to taking these again."

For Dietary Supplementation "I started taking the Nature's Bounty Hair Skin & Nails pills, followed the directions (3 pills per day), and have broken out in red bumps that itch, turn into a rash, and then turn dry and flaky all over my body, even my scalp. It took me getting a biopsy from a dermatologist to figure out it was these pills! DO NOT take these! Like the other posters have stated, these should be taken off the market."

For Dietary Supplementation "I, like many others, could not understand why I was developing a rash on my arms. Well, needless to say, do not take these vitamins. They worked for a nail I need to grow back, but the rash is not worth it. Urine and bowel movements will smell horrible. Migraines definitely increased. These are absolutely horrendous. -10 stars if I could!!"

For Dietary Supplementation "I only take this supplement intermittently, such as for times when I feel my energy level, immunity, and/or hormonal states are not sufficient. For Dietary Supplementation "I had bought 2 bottles of this supplement. I took just one a day instead of the recommended dosage of 3 a day. I'm glad I did that because with just 1 pill, I felt a severe headache. I still finished both the bottles, and then I started getting palpitations, chest pain, and dizziness. This remained for months and months. Never taking this supplement at any cost. I'd rather drink coconut water to lengthen my hair."

For Dietary Supplementation "I developed hives on my arms and chest. I wondered if it was due to this B12 supplement by Nature's Bounty I take oral pill. I switched to a sublingual product and had no problem. That vitamin needed a refill, and I had another Nature's Bounty in my closet, so I tried it again. Hives after the first dose, I ruled out every med and supplement. It’s definitely this product. I decided to Google it and came upon this site, my ah-ha moment. I plan to call them regarding this issue as I want my money back and to make sure they get comments regarding this product."

For Dietary Supplementation "I started taking this vitamin because my hair was rapidly falling out. Two weeks I have been on the vitamin, and for the entire two weeks, my stomach was extremely upset. Diarrhea, upset stomach, sore throat, and skin rashes occurred. I have never had any allergic reaction, or even side effects to medication or vitamins, until this. To top it all off, I have noticed not a single change in hair, skin, or nails. Be wary of this product, and at the very least, keep an eye out for symptoms."

For Dietary Supplementation "Feeling better on it, my digestion is better. But I have developed a big red rash on my side stomach. I do have asthma and all kinds of allergies. Was going to do a B12 vitamin 'shot and an IV vitamin therapy at a health clinic, but that is not going to happen. Be very careful out there."

Been consistent for a few days now and have started noticing tightness and swelling of my throat, as well as a severe headache. For Dietary Supplementation "Have been taking this brand and other similar brands to combat my thinning hair loss and nail issues. It seems each time I go back to taking these (usually gummy version), my hair and nails seem worse? It seems no matter what brand I try, it is always the same! So done! No more! For Dietary Supplementation "I have noticed a slight difference in my skin’s texture in just 1 week. It feels a bit firmer and more supple, my hair is softer and my nails are stronger. For Dietary Supplementation "Postpartum hair loss: The 2nd day of taking this, I had a bad headache, but I get them occasionally, so I didn't connect the two. The 3rd time, I woke up at 4 am and had severe hives covering my body. I took two Benadryl and waited an hour or so. It helped relieve the itching, but my throat began to swell, and it was difficult to breathe. My husband took me to the ER, and I was given steroids and Pepcid. Finally, the hives went away, and I felt better, so I was discharged and slept for like 4 hours. Woke up with a headache, so I took more Benadryl, which the doctor advised. All this to say, I will not be taking it anymore. I'll wear a scarf until my hair grows back! Not worth it! Plus, they smell so bad, and one night I kept belching that awful taste."

For Dietary Supplementation "I only lasted 4 days on the gel caps, never again. Immediately after taking the recommended dosage, I felt horribly nauseous. I thought I was just getting sick, so I continued to take them. I have never been so nauseous in my entire life, and it also leaves a horrible taste in your mouth. Do not buy this product!"
