Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) for Dietary Supplementation "Most underestimated supplementation. Cheap as powder. If it is too acidic for gut and stomach, add sodium bicarbonate (soda) to neutralize it. Dilute it in juice and it will be easy to take in. Use at least half of a tea spoon. It is good against stress and brain fog. It clears the thoughts after a strenuous day. It is also used after trauma."
