"I've been on 25 mg Myrbetriq for about 6 years. It has been amazing! But my military healthcare has decided to switch me to the generic formula of it, and I'm miserable. Pressure and feeling like I have to pee all the time again. I'm miserable, and it's not like a urologist can get you in within a decent amount of time. So here I sit, so tired I'm crying. Why did it stop working?"

"This is in addition to an earlier review. My bladder used to feel as if it had a severe painful cramp or spasm that was continuous and was worsened by car trips, plane trips. Myrbetriq works to relieve the spasms, but I still don't like the side effects. If anything else worked, I would definitely change in a heartbeat. However, the side effects aren’t quite so bad since I was able to stop a medication for a different condition that had similar side effects, so they are somewhat reduced, but I still have a continuous runny nose, very dry skin, and sometimes irregular heartbeats, also bad constipation, difficulty in starting and maintaining urination. I wish there was something else for this condition, but my life was so severely impacted before that I keep taking it. I think it’s been about five years."

"I'm finding it interesting reading these reviews on Myrbetriq. I first visited a urology center and thought I had a UTI...by the time I left the PA, I had a script of 25 mg a day. For the first few months, it worked great, but now it's a hit or miss. I feel I have the symptoms more so now than I did before. I'm wondering if I really have the spastic bladder that I was told I did, so I am going for another opinion. Thank God I don't seem to have the side effects that others are speaking of."

"I was diagnosed with bladder spasms. Dr. gave me a month's supply of Myrbetriq, and at first, it was awesome, but then the side effects kicked in: my heart racing and headaches, eye pain, blurry vision. Driving home the other night, I had blurry vision, and I felt lightheaded. I was thinking I might have had a stroke. I'm never taking it again. I just wonder how long it takes to get out of my system. My anxiety is off the chart - it is just not worth it."
