For Constipation "I had an impaction even though I usually have IBS-D. This was horrible! Uncontrollable and uncontainable diarrhea now on the 3rd day after one single dose in the ER."

For Constipation "After I had been constipated for almost a week, one of my friends recommended that I try magnesium citrate. The results were fast. In less than an hour, I was able to go to the bathroom. Sorry for the TMI, but it was super easy too. I barely had to push, and a lot came out. Half an hour later, I had to go again. Another huge poop, but this time was different. It got really runny towards the end. It wasn't long after that, and I had to go to the bathroom again. I had violent watery diarrhea. This continued for the rest of the day. I had really bad gas and the worst case of explosive diarrhea. I lost count of how many times I went to the bathroom. I think it was worth it, though. I feel so much better now."
