"I read all the reviews and didn't read any that had lymphocytic colitis, so thought I would chime in. Lymphocytic colitis is a condition where your body thinks there's an infection of some kind, but there really isn't. Anyway, I have had to experiment with the dosage and have found that one pill in the morning is right for me. Occasionally, I have to take half a pill extra or cut back half a pill if I start to get constipated, but now I have my life back. This product is wonderful. I've been taking it now for about 1 year with no side effects that I'm aware of. I'll probably be on it for the rest of my life since there is no cure for what I have. By the way, if you have a Bi-Mart in town, they have the best price and it comes in a small bottle of 100, and all the pills are loose inside, so no cutting and fighting with blister packs."
