For COPD "I have been on Trelegy almost 3 months. I am so achy, tired, and just worn out. Not to mention the cough. I will be calling my doctor to discontinue. I gave it a good try. I can’t say it was any better than Advair and Tudorza, as my breathing is the same. I will go back to twice-a-day inhalers if need be. With the copay from the manufacturer, I had zero cost to me."

For COPD "Since I have used Trelegy, my condition has become much worse. I was sent by the doctor's office to the ER by ambulance. I had horrific chest and back pain, as well as more coughing and phlegm. I have no energy at all. I took my last dose of this today."

"I am 56 and have been taking this drug for a year. I already have a degenerative neuromuscular disease, so some of the side effects may be clouded by that. Trelegy has been great for me! That's all I've been taking. It's quick and easy. My case is moderate and was found early. This may sound petty to some, but the one side effect I've noticed is my voice. I used to sing all the time, but now I have to clear my throat every minute and can't breathe enough or sound clear. It brought me great joy, and I really miss it. That side effect is listed on the label. I'm doubly tired from the COPD and asthma, along with the other disease, but that's all I've really noticed as far as the side effects among the diseases."

For COPD "This drug seemed far too strong for me. Felt exhausted and fluey. Gone back to old Spiroresp. No problems with that."

For Asthma "I am having a terrible experience with this medication. I have been taking Trelegy 100 for two weeks now, and I just realized today that this medication is what is causing my issues - heart pounding, irregular heartbeat, pain in my arms/hands, and legs/feet - almost feels like nerve pain, it's hard to describe. My body is making involuntary movements, almost like twitching. I've been feeling so tired, pretty sure I've gained weight too. This medication is terrible and is not for me. I'd warn everyone to be careful... I've never had a reaction to medication this way before."
