Evolocumab "Amazing medication that has helped drop my APO B cholesterol level to 36. Extraordinary results with no noticeable side effects. Previously placed LAD stent and now LDL down from 170 to 35 on combination therapy. Easy as can be to administer. Do not fear the injection as it is barely detectable."

"I have had several heart attacks. Two open heart procedures with a total of nine CABGs/by-passes and five stents. Have been given three different statins with various physical side effects, and none of which reduced my total cholesterol below 270. Less than six months after using my Repatha SureClick, my cholesterol was reduced to 170. This is my second year of using this amazing drug. Within three days, I had a full lipid panel. My total cholesterol stands at 163. LDL is down and HDL is up. To me and my family, this has been a miracle drug."

Evolocumab "I have used Repatha for 6 years. Previously, I tried stating, but could not tolerate them. My LDL when I started was 100, and now it is in the 40's. It is easily administered. I like the syringe best, but my pharmacy normally has only the SureClick autoinjector. It's okay. I prefer the syringe."

Evolocumab "Repatha 140 mg/mL autoinjector once every 14 days. Impressive results with lowering my cholesterol, but the serious side effects I experienced over time were not worth it. While I could deal with the eczema outbreaks, the debilitating joint pain and muscle weakness ended up being a deal breaker. I went from being an avid runner and martial artist to struggling to walk a city block without increasing pain, while needing to wear knee braces. I had been taking it for around two years, and my symptoms kept getting progressively worse, but I didn’t suspect it was the Repatha. Once I did suspect it, I quit taking it and started to regain some mobility after 10 to 12 weeks. After this phase, my doctor had me try it again to see if I would tolerate it. A week after the first dose, my symptoms returned, and I have been struggling with pain again. I won't take this medication again and hope the damage isn’t permanent. I’m a 57-year-old, formerly very active male."
