For Birth Control "First birth control I’ve taken. I read about some of the side effects beforehand and decided to go ahead with it because everyone’s body is different. (Still strongly believe this!) Within 24 hours, I had the worst lower back pain of my life that lasted for 5 days until I stopped taking the pill. I lost my appetite. I was experiencing period and stomach cramps like never before. My boobs hurt so bad and have stretch marks from how much they’ve grown in the last 4 days?? I’ve been constipated for 2 days. I lost about 5 lbs, then gained back 8. My emotions were clouded over, I felt numb. My sex drive was completely gone. The breakthrough bleeding wasn’t bad, though. And all this in the span of 5 days."

For Birth Control "I thought I was crazy, and I believed the assurance that Estarylla was like my go-to Mononessa, and it's so wrong. Thank you all for the reviews that make me know it's not just me! Spotting weeks 2-3, acne, cramps/clotting horribly when on period, terrible mood swings, painful breasts for weeks. No more! Yeah, I'm not pregnant, it's doing its job, but for all the insane issues over the last 3 months, I may as well be. I feel like a crazy person."

For Abnormal Uterine Bleeding "I started taking Estarylla 3 weeks ago, and I instantly started bleeding and having cramps. I decided to wait a couple of weeks to see if it would go away, but it has only gotten worse. I bleed heavily and have cramps every single day, not to mention how irritable I’ve become. When I got prescribed Estarylla, my doctor didn’t even tell me the name of it before I picked it up. I went into it completely blindly. I was on birth control a couple of years ago, and nothing like this ever happened, and it even made my periods painless and less heavy. Please do your research and just get a better birth control."

For Birth Control "I was on Tri-Lo-Marzia for 4 years until I lost my health insurance, and I had to switch to Estarylla. I got it on the Pill Club. After 3/4 months, I started getting EXTREMELY depressed, I feel blank, I have constant brain fog, I don't like my life on this birth control. Also, it made my periods way longer and heavier, and my PMS symptoms worse. I have cramps now, which I've never had, acne, extreme bloating, spotting a whole week before my period, so many other side effects. I really can't wait to get off of this one, I hope everything goes back to normal afterwards."

For Birth Control "I took this medication to treat my PCOS and autoimmune thyroiditis for about five months. While it helped with most of my physical symptoms, this medication made me severely depressed and caused very painful cramping throughout my cycle. I did not notice the difference until I switched to a different pill, but it made a world of difference! It all comes down to your unique hormones and what you respond to. Just know that hormonal medication can definitely alter your mood, for better or for worse."

For Birth Control "I was on this birth control to actually get pregnant because my periods are so irregular. I've literally gone 9 months without a period, so as you can see, no periods, no babies. This birth control is horrible. I've only been on it for 3 weeks now. I've had terrible mood swings, acne breakouts, terrible cramping to the point of going to the hospital thinking something was wrong with me. I felt very nauseous and lightheaded and had bad headaches. By the 3rd week, I had clumps of hair coming out in the shower. I've never had any of these issues before. The only good I can give this is the fact that it made my period light and actually come on time."

For Birth Control "I was previously on Femynor and was put on Estarylla. The first week of the packs is the worst: morning sickness, loss of appetite, sensitivity to smells, cramps, and sore breasts. The first week on the pack will have you believing that you’re pregnant, but after that first week, the pack is a breeze. I’ve lost about 10 pounds due to the nausea, and my anxiety and depression have skyrocketed, but the clear skin and lighter periods make it worth the while. So far, no pregnancy either, so it seems to be doing its job. It’s not the best pill to be on, but it’s not terrible either."
