"For the first time in years, I’m talking 20 years; all my sores have healed. My last occurrence started in May and June 2024. I had over 200 sores on my legs and arms, from toes to hips, and all the way from my fingers to the top of my arms. The sores would bleed and pus constantly. I went to several dermatologists, and all they would tell me is to stop scratching. I finally went and tried a third, and he ran all the blood tests, took skin tests, and started me on samples from his office until he could get me approved by your drug company with the samples from his office. They stopped breaking out. Then I went to a Wound Care Clinic where they wrapped my arms and legs and applied silver sulfadiazine medication. Soon they started to heal. I got approved and take shots every two weeks; by February 2025, they were going away. Now, all I have is scars. I am so glad that I’ve had Dupixent shots. Occasionally, I have some muscle aches, but I use a heating pad, and they go away; I can live with that."

"I was diagnosed with prurigo nodularis recently, and after my doctor tried all options and nothing worked, he had me try Dupixent. I was hopeful and have been on the shots for 3 months. I have seen some improvement with it clearing, or it tends to clear quicker than before, but after each injection, I started noticing different things such as my nose would bleed, which has never happened, which led to serious inflammation and scabs inside my nose, continuously stuffy as if I have a cold. I was tired shortly after my injection, and the following day, I've had constant headaches, itchy, scratchy eyes. I developed a rash on the behind that was extremely painful and odd, and I've had a lot of muscle aches and generally don't feel good at all. Dupixent is not for me, and I have stopped treatment."

"Starting working quickly to heal sites caused by my PD disease. Note: sores from this will not heal on their own and took over a year to heal using other treatment methods. No side effects that have interacted with being able to carry out any normal activities."

"I have never been more relieved and pleased with a product. I have been suffering with plaque buildup, itching, and extreme hair loss. Just ONE week after my initial dose, I have experienced such positive results. I cannot thank you enough. While it may sound vain, you have given me relief as well as my self-confidence back. I have had some minor headaches, but (seriously) my MIL was visiting, and she is a handful, to say the least... I'm anxious to see if the headaches disappear after I take my second dose next week. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Not everything lives up to the promises made. Dupixent has for me."

"Don’t touch this drug! I've had both my ankles extremely damaged by this drug. I’ve had 2 surgeries in the last 3 months, 1 on my right ankle and a torn cartilage on my right knee. Last week, I had an MRI, and it shows I’ve degenerative disc disease in my neck. I can no longer walk on my feet, the damage is that bad. I’ve gone from never having any problems with my joints and never falling to being in a wheelchair. I’ll see Dupixent in the law courts."
