For Osteoporosis "I have scleroderma. I have had 5 injections, starting on March 17, 2019. My last was March 17, 2021. I am scheduled for one on September 17, 2021. WON'T have it. I have had scleroderma for 14 years and was doing quite well. My bones were getting weak due to extensive time on prednisone. When the rheumatologist mentioned it, I asked her if it would help and did not give it another thought until two months ago (July 2021). My general practitioner, during my regular checkup, asked me if I was still taking Prolia. I said yes, and she did not comment. I had been declining in the past 2 1/2 years and was begging my doctors for help with the pain in my muscles, weakness, fatigue, stuffy nose (never had allergies), loss of hearing, spent $5,500.00 on hearing aids that do not help, blurry eyes, dizziness. Had my eyes checked and no problems, hair loss, I have curled fingers due to the scleroderma attack, but all of a sudden I was loaded with ulcers and calcium deposits on all of my fingers and thumbs.. continued."

For Osteoporosis "I was on this medication for 12 months to 2 years. I'm now having numbness in my hands and weakness in my legs. Cannot walk properly. I don't know why my doctor stopped the injection. I'm going to ask him. Pain in shoulders now, having cortisone injections. Not sure if this was included. I'm 73 years."

For Osteoporosis "Horrible drug. I felt my doctor was overbearing and wanted me to take Prolia. I have been miserable ever since. Bone, joint, muscle pain, difficulty walking. Extreme fatigue. Some days I feel like I am actually dying, nausea, bowel problems. My quality of life is definitely worse. Never again. Only took one injection."

For Osteoporosis "I have had three doses of Prolia. Initially, I was skeptical, but the nurse assured me that she gave lots of these injections to patients and sure most people were okay. She then went on to say, sure, the common pain medications gave side effects, so you will be fine. I realize she thought she had my best interests at heart. But with hindsight, she probably didn't know the full extent of this very dangerous drug, as I sure doctors also are not well informed either. After the second injection, I had really bad headaches. Since the third one, my neck, shoulders, and arms are very painful. My hands and arms have muscle weakness. Despite the fear of stopping it and breaking bones, I won't get another injection. Shame on this pharma company for ruining so many lives worldwide."
