For Osteoporosis "I had the Prolia injection once, and within a few days, my hair started falling out until I was nearly bald and needed wigs. Rashes came out all over my body, restless leg syndrome, backache, indigestion, which I had never suffered from, lumps all over my skin, and psoriasis, of which I had small patches that took off like mad. I would recommend anyone about to take this drug to seriously consider the side effects before having it. It is too late afterwards, as many side effects never go away. I referred to it as a poison."

For Osteoporosis "No way will I use Prolia again. I am going insane with allergic rash. I have so many creams my bathroom is like a chemist shop, but nothing is giving me relief. Keep away from this awful stuff."

For Osteoporosis "I’ve had 4 Prolia injections and have only experienced one negative (possible) side effect. After the third injection-about 2 weeks later-I got a peculiar rash (very itchy) on my lower back, right along my spine. It has almost gone away now-6 months later. I just got another Prolia injection yesterday. I’m waiting to see if the red, itchy rash returns. Other than that, no negative side effects. I wonder if the negative effects have anything to do with blood type? I’m A negative. It would be interesting to know blood type, previous diseases, whether patients had ever had hysterectomies before getting Prolia, etc. Certainly, with this number of negative responses, there needs to be much more research done."
