For Major Depressive Disorder "I have been on 5 different antidepressants (bupropion, Prozac, Zoloft, Lexapro, ketamine) and I can say that Auvelity is by far the best one so far. No sexual side effects, and my mood feels the best it has ever been in 5 years now since my depression started. Auvelity is even more effective than the ketamine infusions and much less of a hassle. Definitely recommend."

"I was taking Zoloft but had experienced sexual side effects and this medication was recommended by my psychiatrist. I understood that it was related to Wellbutrin. I had taken Wellbutrin before with no problems. Auvelity worked well for me. I also noticed the medication evened out my downtime for my carbidopa-levodopa taken for my Parkinson's. Auvelity seemed to spread the dopamine in the carbidopa-levodopa thereby resulting in less downtime of PD medication and less tremor symptoms."

For Major Depressive Disorder "The absolute best medication I have been on for depression. I have been on everything in the last 20 years and nothing has worked like this. I'm happy, motivated, sleep well, have emotions, and I don't feel hopeless. I am a better mother as well. Such an amazing medication. In the beginning, I did feel 'high' for a lack of better words and lightheaded. I clenched my jaw a bit as well. It’s been 4 months now and I feel great. No weight gain. Sexual side effects were very temporary."

For Major Depressive Disorder "Really the first anti I've been on that made me feel like it was working. The first three weeks I had a cough med high that was pleasant. I've been on Auvelity for 6 months and had some strange side effects. I will gladly take losing my sex drive over losing myself in a dark pit. I can't say I'm doing a lot better, but I'm actually working with it for a change. I've been on them all, placebo effects almost always, but this hasn't diminished. Every antidepressant or antipsychotic did the same thing… start off great, then a few months later I was more aware of my depression and completely lethargic. I know this isn't listed on what Auvelity treats, but I suffered headaches almost daily and migraines 6-10 per month, but they have much improved. The daily headaches 90% improved. Migraines 75% maybe more. That alone is happiness."

For Major Depressive Disorder "I have been taking Auvelity for about a week. While the medication is working and my mood is better, the sexual side effects are not. I cannot find anywhere if the side effects diminish over time. The mood is great, energy is back, motivation, and everything. The nausea is okay."
