For Psoriasis "This was prescribed to me for scalp psoriasis after trying a medical shampoo and another topical lotion with no relief from the itch and flakes. I found within the first few applications it relieved the itch and got rid of about 90% of the plaques on my scalp. I have been using it for almost a month now, and it's made a world of difference for me! The only reason I've not given it a 10/10 is how greasy it is, it's hard to apply and much harder to remove from my hair. After trying a couple of things, I've found that the trick is to use baby oil to break down the stickiness and use dish soap to wash it out (I do this step at night before bed), then in the morning, I use L'Oréal's Extraordinary Clay hair mask to absorb the remaining baby oil!"

For Psoriasis "This foam does not work for me. Initially, it did help somewhat with easing the appearance of psoriasis on my forehead, turning it a pale pink color, however, it’s still there. I also have spots on my hands that this product will fade temporarily. The product does not absorb completely, so it leaves skin feeling greasy. Impossible to use on scalp without it getting stuck in my hair, it takes about three washes to get the oil out of hair. Helps lift flakes that are present at the time of application, but they grow right back. No improvement at all on my feet or heels. The only reason I’m using this is for a little relief, but the more I use it, the less effective it is. I keep hoping it will work, but it doesn’t. My hands, arms, legs, and scalp are covered in plaques that just won’t go away. This medication seems more suited for a patient with a couple of large plaques."

For Plaque Psoriasis "I live in London, and a 60-gram dispenser costs me 12 bucks versus $1250 in the US. Having read some of the posts, yes, the foam is cold, but that's to preserve it. Although it's a bit greasy, it's nowhere near as bad as other creams I've tried over the years. This is definitely a miracle application. The best result is to apply it every day for one week and then just once a week thereafter, and you'll look totally normal and run to the beach!!"
