Azelastine nasal for Allergic Rhinitis "I had misdiagnosed pneumonia that led to chronic coughing and an eventual bleeding stroke. I spent 5 months in the hospital. I had a cough so bad I could clear a room. Finally, an orderly suggested Astelin. I take Flonase and Zyrtec already, but within a week, the cough, rattle, and pain were gone. It was a 'life saver!'"

Azelastine nasal "I have exercise-induced rhinitis, especially from running or intense workouts. Before Astepro, I dealt with an intensely runny, burning nose that forced me to breathe through my mouth, constant sneezing, red, watery eyes, headache, cough, brain fog, and increased sinus pressure. Astepro is the only medication that gives me fast relief once symptoms start. Within minutes, my nose stops running, the burning fades, and I can finally breathe through my nose without pain. Not only that, but it helps my headache and red eyes. It works much faster than Flonase or Claritin, which are only useful as preventatives. The biggest downside is that the effects fade within a couple of hours, and I often feel the need to use it more than recommended. I wish the manufacturer would consider different dosing guidelines for those using Astepro as a rescue treatment for exercise-induced rhinitis."

Azelastine nasal for Allergic Rhinitis "Astepro has been a blessing to me. I have been a long-time allergy sufferer. An ENT suggested a regular dose of Allegra, Flonase, and Singulair, plus I started allergy drops to begin building my immunity. This medicine regimen seemed to bring everything more under control, except I began having a terrible cough. It was more than a year, and I finally told him I needed to do something about it. I had previously tested negative for asthma, but we tried an inhaler and Astepro (instead of the other nasal spray). Wow, instant relief from the regular coughing due to Astepro, the inhaler seemingly offers nothing. I recommend this for coughing from post-nasal or other allergy problems."

For Allergic Rhinitis "My doctor prescribed this due to extremely dry nasal passages and cough, as well as itchy eyelashes and constant sneezing. As soon as I take this, I feel immense pressure on my chest and complete drowsiness like a zombie. Sometimes it helps my extremely dry nose, other times it makes it way worse. Makes me feel out of focus so much so that I can't even drive, but that may be in combination with my anxiety and ADD."

For Allergic Rhinitis "Been using for years and use a CPAP to sleep. Sometimes in the mornings I have a bad runny nose and cough, and I spray twice in each nostril, and within 1 hour I improve and good for the rest of the day. I have high blood pressure, and it doesn’t seem to increase."

"Oh my God. This. Is. Disgusting. I was given this for a deviated septum. I can’t even stand it, I’m coughing, and I’m nauseous, and my throat feels dry when I breathe, and I am tired, and uggghhh. I wish I had not even taken this. I don’t want to eat or breathe, it’s so disgusting."

For Allergic Rhinitis "Not sure what this is supposed to help. Still sneezing, coughing, watery eyes. Feel like I'm drowning! Been several months, and finally, I give up. Need better medicine!"
