For Allergic Rhinitis "So, the allergist gave me a sample. I have been using Flonase. The aftertaste is awful, but worse is the subsequent coughing, nausea with vomiting shortly afterwards, and slight headache. Did not realize extra tiredness was also from this. It does feel like the nasal passages are opened up more, but the morning porcelain throne is not worth it. And no, not pregnant! Ain't possible. Definitely will inform MD."

For Allergic Rhinitis "Dymista was given to me by my allergist. I used it for about 4 or 5 days straight but was nauseated the whole time, and lost my sense of smell and taste. I do not think this is worth the inability to taste and smell, plus being nauseated."

For Allergic Rhinitis "I got a sample 3 days ago and noticed improvement in 24 hours. My brain fog is gone, stuffiness greatly reduced, and I feel better than I have for months, if not years. I'll check in again after longer use. Right now, I am wishing I had this at least a year ago."

For Allergic Rhinitis "Used Flonase for 2 bottles with zero good results. Dymista prescribed and has modest good results. Found out that Dymista is just Flonase with a non-prescription antihistamine added, and works less well than just taking the antihistamine alone! Drug company sales of useless Flonase must have been falling, so add non-script and reissue - how can they do this and tell us it is something new and wonderful. What a croc - can't anyone do something: Health Canada? Marketplace?"

"I've had sinus congestion and allergy issues my whole life (now 54). This past winter has been the worst, and I've had a chronic sinus infection / sinusitis that caused daily sinus headaches, constant drainage down my throat, constant runny nose, and was interfering with my sleep and daily life. I'd been on several other sprays, all of which were mostly ineffective. Since I've started Dymista, my life has changed massively for the better. I can breathe through my nose better than I've been able to for decades, possibly ever. I'm still getting used to the feeling of breathing in air and not having constant mucus as well. Reading through the comments here, it is pretty clear that some people have bad reactions and some don't. Which is not surprising. For me, no side effects at all, sure it doesn't taste great, but whatever, it's just not that bad and goes away after a bit. And boy is the resolution of my symptoms worth it!!!"

For Allergic Rhinitis "My teenaged son is congested from February through June. We live in the part of Texas where you can actually watch the cedar pollen pods explode (literally). I was so excited to hear all the promises of Dymista, but every squirt caused him to have crazy sneezing fits - like 15-20 in a row! We kept trying for 3 days, but he was miserable with the sneezing. Haven't seen any other reviews mention this, so I guess we are just special :/"

For Allergic Rhinitis "The positives for me were that it immediately helped with my itchy nose. However, it didn't completely get rid of it. I was taking it in the morning and at night, and I felt so drugged and irritated. I really had to make myself do anything during the day. All I wanted to do was sleep. I've gone back to just suffering through my allergies during the day and taking Benadryl at night. I've got two small children, so being excessively tired and cranky during the day isn't an option for me."

For Allergic Rhinitis "The taste is awful and does last for hours. I was also given the sample without prior knowledge that I should not be driving after use. I feel so out of it, drowsy, slight nausea. I'm still waiting for my insurance to let me know if this medication is covered and how much it will be even after the coupon card. At this point, it's not worth purchasing. Haven't noticed any positive change either in my sense of smell or nasal breathing ability."

For Allergic Rhinitis "Dymista was recommended by my local GP for sinus congestion. After a week of use, I started feeling extreme fatigue, nausea, and headaches. I literally could not move from my bed, it was horrible. I even went to the emergency room, and no one could figure it out. I started searching for reviews online and read about similar symptoms. I threw the bottle in the bin after 3 days. I've finally started to recover from the fatigue, nausea, and headaches, but I also still have sinus congestion."

For Allergic Rhinitis "I’ve had sinus problems since a child. I’m usually into alternative medicine, but after a year of a particularly bad post-nasal drip, sore eyes, headaches, etc., I tried Dymista. Only day four, but the depression came out of nowhere. I was so bad yesterday with a horrible depression, stomach upset, and blurred vision that I didn’t know what to think until this morning when I read these reviews! Will see how today goes, but at least I know I’m not losing the plot."

For Allergic Rhinitis "I've had year-round allergies for years and have tried Zyrtec, Claritin, Allegra, Flonase, and numerous eye drops with nothing completely alleviating my symptoms. Flonase was probably the closest, gone were the itchy eyes, puffy face, constant clearing of throat, runny nose, and sneezing, but I still had that annoying itchy nose. My doctor tried Dymista last year, and wow, I love it! It works amazingly at alleviating all my symptoms. I feel so much better, it is really expensive, though, but there is a coupon to help with the copay. The aftertaste is horrible, but a glass of water and a piece of gum gets rid of it. Also, I do sneeze or feel on the verge of sneezing for about a minute after taking it. Overall, I love it."

For Allergic Rhinitis "Started Dymista prescribed by my ENT doctor to hopefully stop the mucus draining down the back of my throat, giving me a sore throat. Yes, I've had nasal polyps in the past and nasal allergies. Also, suffer from bronchiectasis but have managed to control all this for years. Yes, Dymista dried the mucus up, but after 4 days of 2 sprays twice a day, I had to stop. The heart palpitations, brain fog, no energy, so tired all the time. Also, anxiety feelings. I checked with my local pharmacist about my reaction to the drug, he had never heard of people with these side effects. Since stopping using Dymista, it has taken 2 days to feel like my normal self. I'm in Australia."

For Allergic Rhinitis "I am also one of those people who seem to be allergic to everything and always suffering. My doctor recommended this, and I've only been on it for a few days, but it is already a game changer for me. The true test will be cedar season, but I feel confident I will be okay. Thankful for the discount card!!"

For Allergic Rhinitis "Like many others, I was prescribed Dymista when Flonase wasn’t quite enough. It does wonders for my allergies! But after 2 weeks, I’ve had a nose bleed that seemed never-ending and 2 horrible migraines that left me unable to function. Nose bleeds I can deal with, migraines I really can’t. Overall: not worth the side effects."

For Allergic Rhinitis "Dear All, Yes, this drug is most reliable. And, for the first time, I used it and never experienced nose blocks, running nose, sneezes, etc. for one month. For testing purposes, I stopped for 10 days, and slowly those conditions started back. Hence, I started using this medicine again. It is too costly but most reliable. Please use it without any hesitation. However, individual medical conditions are different and it may not be suitable. Regards."

"Have been using Dymista for 2 months. It’s been life-changing. I have struggled with severe non-allergic rhinitis for 30+ years, and I never knew breathing could be like this. Previously, I was blowing my nose 20+ times per day. With twice-daily Dymista, I’m down to 2-3, and usually, those are shortly after I spray. Because my nose is clear, my sense of smell and taste is better than ever. I thought I had a sleeping disorder, turns out I just couldn’t breathe at night. Sleeping great, and tons more energy. Also solved some inner ear, balance, and motion sickness problems I had because everything was so swollen and congested. Only downside - even when applied correctly, it still gives a hint of a bad taste, and lasts for 20 minutes or so. I use a saline spray to moisturize and avoid a dry nose/nosebleeds. It’s expensive (~$150 in Canada), but I would pay if benefits didn’t cover it. Worth every penny."

For Allergic Rhinitis "Stopped my headaches that I’ve been having for 20+ years. I did have to practice to get it to go in my sinuses and not down my throat, and that made a difference, so I found technique was important. Just because it didn’t work for you doesn’t mean it won’t work for others."

For Allergic Rhinitis "Sneezes like 10-20 times after spraying and get a pulsating feeling in my nose. I lose my sense of taste and smell and get terrible headaches from it… along with feeling really tired. Just not worth the side effects at all!"

For Allergic Rhinitis "Experienced choking, headaches, and after using for 2 weeks progressively worse nosebleeds. I ended up in the emergency today, my nose is a mess inside. Cauterizations two days in a row, patches put on the area that have been bleeding. Now I can take no nasal spray until everything heals. I have taken Nasonex for several years and like it, but my mail pharmacy stopped carrying it. Threw away 3 containers of the horrible Dymista."

For Allergic Rhinitis "I have been suffering from extremely bad allergies for years. Between my allergies and my asthma, I have had to use OTC nasal sprays, a combination of allergy medications and my asthma inhaler. I just started using Dymista, and for the first time in years, I was able to breathe clearly. I did not even need to use nasal spray! I am so glad I finally found Dymista!"

For Allergic Rhinitis "So far, so good. I have been using Dymista for 2 weeks, and I can breathe out of both nostrils, and I have a sense of smell again! I used Nasonex for years, and it worked well, but I seemed to build up a tolerance after a while. For the last couple of years, I have been hooked on OTC nasal spray with horrible rebound congestion, which required antibiotics and prednisone to kick. After this last round of antibiotics and prednisone and a change to Dymista, I can now breathe! I hope it continues. I was even able to find a discount coupon online, so I got it for $30."

For Allergic Rhinitis "An ENT specialist recently prescribed this to me for a sleep apnea workup, I didn't report rhinitis as I don't consider I have it. Yesterday I suffered from severe colon spasms, nausea, and headache. Today I had (unpainful) loose, urgent motion. I have now looked up the adverse effects of Dymista 125/50 and conclude that this was the cause of the ailments. I thought doctors were supposed to warn you of adverse side effects, to keep an eye out for them! Not happy, lost a day's sick leave, and it cost $50."

For Allergic Rhinitis "I've been using it for a month now, the taste was horrible in the beginning, but I've found that if I drink something flavored, it goes away. I can breathe a million times better with this spray. I have had chronic sinus headaches since I started taking this, but I guess it's a trade-off to be able to breathe. I have found no correlation in the spray helping my asthma."
