For Allergic Rhinitis "Shocking side effects: I was prescribed Dymista for dust mite allergies and used it twice a day for 2 weeks, then once a day for another 10 days. Today it ended! I have been feeling dry and sore-eyed (constantly rubbing or asked if I've been crying), and in the past 4 days, have experienced the worst fatigue and worsening exhaustion of my entire life! I've felt like I need to sleep day and night. This, coupled with stabbing pains in my head and constant nausea, I was seriously starting to think I had some real gastric or neural issues going on! Then I came here and read the damning reviews of awful side effects of exhaustion, drowsiness, and upset stomachs. I must say there is some relief knowing I'm not alone, so I urge anyone prescribed this to monitor the side effects closely. Yes, my allergies improved (hence my 2/10 rating), but not at the cost of my overall well-being! Tonight was the last night I'll put this stuff in my body."

For Allergic Rhinitis "My ENT recommended Dymista for my seasonal allergies. Got a headache within the first few days. Stopped using it, then went on and off of it again and feel more terrible than before I was using it. Nosebleeds, sinus pressure and blockage, and constantly sniffling. Very unwell, tired, and blocked chest. I have mild anxiety, and I feel more depressed now. So disappointing. Now I just take oral Zyrtec at night only."

For Allergic Rhinitis "It worked at first, but then progressively have had more and more severe side effects, especially exhaustion, brain fog, difficulty concentrating, and dizziness. Also have had a runny nose, worse than before taking it! The tiredness is so extreme that I hardly do anything."

For Allergic Rhinitis "The Dymista taste is horrible, and it gave me a sore throat and found it affected my swallowing. It also made me feel extremely tired and anxious. I used it for a while and stopped due to the sore throat, but started using it again, and the anxiety I had the first time that I thought was something else came back again. This drug seems to work for some people, but it's not worth it to me."

For Allergic Rhinitis "I loved Dymista when I started using it. Now, after using it for several months, I have horrible sores inside my nose, cold and hot chills, no energy to the point of not being able to get out of bed on my own, and white spots just inside my nostrils. My nose is constantly bleeding, and my family doctor just laughs at me. I now have an appointment at an ENT."

For Allergic Rhinitis "After suffering from chronic rhinosinusitis on and off for years, I have been prescribed Dymista and immediately, my sinuses and ears felt clearer. However, day 3 onwards, I have felt so fatigued, horrible sinus headache with sharp pains across my head, feeling congested in my ears and heavy eyes. My pharmacist did initially say that I would need to use it for 3 weeks before it really gets to work. And it's only day 6. So I am hoping it gets better soon."

For Allergic Rhinitis "So, the allergist gave me a sample. I have been using Flonase. The aftertaste is awful, but worse is the subsequent coughing, nausea with vomiting shortly afterwards, and slight headache. Did not realize extra tiredness was also from this. It does feel like the nasal passages are opened up more, but the morning porcelain throne is not worth it. And no, not pregnant! Ain't possible. Definitely will inform MD."

For Allergic Rhinitis "The positives for me were that it immediately helped with my itchy nose. However, it didn't completely get rid of it. I was taking it in the morning and at night, and I felt so drugged and irritated. I really had to make myself do anything during the day. All I wanted to do was sleep. I've gone back to just suffering through my allergies during the day and taking Benadryl at night. I've got two small children, so being excessively tired and cranky during the day isn't an option for me."

For Allergic Rhinitis "Started Dymista prescribed by my ENT doctor to hopefully stop the mucus draining down the back of my throat, giving me a sore throat. Yes, I've had nasal polyps in the past and nasal allergies. Also, suffer from bronchiectasis but have managed to control all this for years. Yes, Dymista dried the mucus up, but after 4 days of 2 sprays twice a day, I had to stop. The heart palpitations, brain fog, no energy, so tired all the time. Also, anxiety feelings. I checked with my local pharmacist about my reaction to the drug, he had never heard of people with these side effects. Since stopping using Dymista, it has taken 2 days to feel like my normal self. I'm in Australia."

For Allergic Rhinitis "Sneezes like 10-20 times after spraying and get a pulsating feeling in my nose. I lose my sense of taste and smell and get terrible headaches from it… along with feeling really tired. Just not worth the side effects at all!"

For Allergic Rhinitis "Never again would I use this nasal spray. I have only been using it a week and had to stop it. Have never felt so weak and tired and a high fever on and off, so will never use this product again. It also causes palpitations."

For Allergic Rhinitis "I love Dymista! It took 24 hours to help, but worth it! I have been suffering from allergies for about two years without knowing it, mostly managing with a nasal decongestant. Coming to live in Melbourne, I felt as if I had a serious cold that never ended, and I couldn't breathe through my nose without the decongestant. My doctor put me on a high-ish dose of antihistamines and Dymista, and I have my life back! As someone who never had allergies previously, no one tells you how exhausted it makes you! Now that I am actually treating the problem, I feel amazing. Because I was using the decongestant longer than you are meant to, and still having the allergic reaction, my first dose couldn't really move through the blocked nasal passages, and it wasn't until my third dose that I had proper relief. I think I would have had a faster result if I had used the decongestant again before the first dose and had a clear sinus."
