"I am on day 7 of this treatment. Been having pain in my stomach for the past 3 or 4 months, which was new for me. Tested positive for H. Pylori and started treatment. For the first 4 days, the symptoms were still there, but by day 5, I started feeling normal again. No real side effects so far. A little nausea and headache the first couple of days, but better now. Be sure to eat at least a cup of yogurt a day and take the meds before you eat. Don't be deterred by negative reviews. From all I have read, you really want to get rid of the bacteria. Long term, it can result in ulcers and even cancer. Tough it out."
