"Try to 'titrate' medication to suit your body reaction. My med instructions specify 2 puffs per day, twice daily - that's 4 puffs per day. That was way too much for me, and I felt 'bagged up' with medication. I wound the dosage down to one puff per day. That's enough for me. (Experienced pretty rough withdrawal symptoms for three to four days)."
