"Allergy to dairy and lactose, that is increasing in its severity. I had a headache and cervical pain: I usually go with acetaminophen from generic brands, because they are more affordable, easier to say Tylenol when sending my husband out to get me some pain relievers. He comes back with Tylenol. Without checking ingredients I take two and immediately my esophagus starts to swell (aka throat and down into my stomach feels full). I investigate the bottle NO WARNING, nothing in ingredients says CONTAINS milk, no alert that some ingredients may be processed in a facility which also processes milk products. I have to individually research two ingredients. Luckily I have come to know many ingredients and only two were not researched in the past: cellulose powder (used on shredded cheese, so used in facilities that process dairy products aka cow's milk) and shellac (often used in facilities that also process dairy products like chocolate). So Tylenol cut some corners."
